This place used to be so much better all around. The service used to be fantastic, now most of the waitresses we wind up with arent that friendly, forget a lot of stuff we ordered, and let our drinks go empty 3 times in one night. I understand getting busy and not getting to it right that minute but she only checked on us maybe 1 time the entire night, the other times she came was just to get our orders and bring the food. Their steaks never come out as ordered either. If you order medium you can expect to get rare but if you order medium well you can expect to get well done or sometimes even overcooked. We keep giving them chances because this was our favorite restaraunt but thinking it may be time to just switch to a different steakhouse.

My two friends and I were seated promptly. Our waitress got us drinks and took our order promptly as well. However we waited an hour and received no food. We had to watch 3 other larger parties who sat down AFTER us receive ALL of their food. Of course, we decide to get our ticket and leave because thats ridiculous! They kept sending people over trying to convince us to stay and that our food was coming out but it was too late. We wont be eating here and I wouldnt recommend that you do either. The place wasnt even swamped with people, it was a Wednesday. They couldnt give us a reasonable explanation because they didnt have one.

Its one of those places where someone greets you, someone else takes your drink order, someone else takes your food order, someone else brings your food, someone else brings you your check, 10 people ask how your meal is, all of them want to tell you their name, ask for yours, and sit at the table with you ... Who do I tip or complain to. 30 waitstaff and when you ask for a drink refill everyone "will tell my server". Im not your friend, feed me and let me go. The food is overpriced for what it it and maybe a tad better than outback but not by much. Oh and they crank the country music so thats enough to hate this place.

All I can say is filthy, bathroom was worse than a truck stop. Combination of urine, water, paper and Lord knows what else was on the floors. According to others in our party the ladies room was no better. Your feet stick to the floor the minute you want in the front door. Spider webs and dust in the lobby was a clear sign of the attention to detail that management is concerned about. My guess is the place has NEVER had a good cleaning. I cant rate the food because we couldnt get past the filth so off to the competition around the corner. How they got an A rating is beyond me.

dark and dated atmosphere...very crowded and loud...way too many beer signs...truckstop neon is tacky...rusty buckets of peanuts...that strange whipped butter they use tastes fake...the aisles all blocked with baby table extentions...even busy on a weekday prepare to wait...not a nice place for a date..my friends all love it...seems like a place for college kids...food was mediocre. if i didnt have a gift card i would not have been happy paying for this experience

Steak was amazing, cooked exactly the way I wanted. Service is totally exceptional, from the moment you enter to the place, someone helps you - only if you want- to choose your steak to be cooked. Jaci helped us, she is great. I was amazed with the passion she talked about the restaurant I asked if she owns it, but no, she loves her job, then I realized everyone working there wears a tshirt saying at the back " i love my job". That is a must place to go

Ive always loved Texas Roadhouse. One of my favorites in town. The food is always wonderful and if its not, theyll gladly get you something different or fix it for you. Very good customer service. It is normally extremely busy in the evenings. Especially on the weekends. But thankfully theres call ahead seating. All you can eat rolls with their amazing cinnamon butter is my favorite. Its hard not to get full on those before your food come out.

Excellent food, we went and got steaks and only spent $30 for two 8 oz sirloin steaks with two sides each. the steaks were perfect not a bite was left. HOWEVER if you plan to go with a severe peanut allergy i suggest you steer clear, because as well as serving bread while you wait you also get a small bucket of salted dry roasted peanuts in shell, so all throughout the restaurant there will be peanut shells and dust.

I come here 2 times a month as a rule. Good food fast...crowded always... not too expensive and a good steak. 15 min wait for a table they text you when your table is ready, Dalton was my server my last stop in, he was great Ty. My grandbaby loves making a mess I was seated in booth on wall in the bar..she couldnt bother a thing there lol

Hands down, the absolute best place to get a sirloin steak! Im comparing to restaurants even in a different state! The managers are attentive and will definitely handle any problems you may have. Great attitude of all staff, and they seem to genuinely care about the quality of food they are serving you. Their prices are exceptional!

My dinner was OK, it took a whole hour before we got our food. The waiter told us twice he was double checking our order. My fiance been sick ever since we ate there. He ordered the salmon dinner with corn and a salad. My plate was finally brought out with one of my sides missing at first...not going back. First and last time!!

1st. This staff represents "southern hospitality" perfectly. Well at least our waitress. She was able to serve a group of 18 ppl & NOT once was she rude or snarly. 2nd. The food was delicious... All I can say about it, the stake was Juicy and tender. The sides were just as good. Definitely recommend trying this place!

Food and service after being seated was great. However when we arrived we were told 15 to 20 minutes wait time, and an hour later we were seated, so is where the low rating comes from. A few minutes past the time you are told is understandable, but 3 times longer is not.

Incredibly average food - good service - the usual formula of steakhouses these days...kids run the show and do a good job of making you feel welcome..but if youre looking for haute cuisine...(and you dont like your food uber salty)..leave this place to the locals.

Great steaks. Good service. Fast and easy seating. A definite do over! Cinnamon butter was interesting but we switched to traditional Stakes are very high quality and extremely tasty but not cooked exactly to order fortunately they were too yummy to send back!

We always enjoy eating here. You know it is said that employees are good because of the person at the top. The Manager was so attentive in making sure we were completely satisfied and Amber was super also. Top all that with decadent food; just cant be beat.

Always great!! Fast service, friendly staff, food is always good. Steaks and prime ribs are the best. Chicken critter salad is my favorite. Of course, what can you say about those melt in your mouth yeast rolls?? Yum
