These people are super slow, super disrespectful, they tell you to wait out in the delivery and they dont even bring you the food out, orders barely never correct. I think its totally ridiculous that they tell you that your order will take 10 minutes and they leave you waiting for over an hour. This is the second time this happens to me here!!! Never going back!!!!

Found the staff to be very friendly, especially the manager. She took time to make us feel welcome and comfortable dining there. She deserves all the praise in the world! The food was awesome, chicken was juicy, and the burgers were very tasty. Everything was clean and neat, including the restroom. Keep up the great work!!

The service is incredibly slow, even when there are few customers waiting. Expect to wait around 10 minutes for your food. I stopped going through the drive through because they make you repeat your order several times. The food is great and reasonably priced.

Love the food, hate the service and speed. It used to be okay, but its severely declined. Might be new management. Theyre always understaffed and waiting I line can take up to thirty minutes. A well-placed median prevents escape during the wait.

unless you have midnight cravings like in Harold and Kumar, this is not the place for you. I once tried to order drive-thru at 3am on a Sunday. Ended up waiting in queue for 30 mins ! Seems popular. No complaints about the food, though.

My friend puked the moment he stepped outside, and left others feeling really ill. I have never gotten food poisoning from a restaurant before. Just wow. Dont order the sliders unless you have a strong stomach.

LOVE White Castles food! Probably NOT an area you want to visit at night though. Addicts usually prowling around the parking lot selling drugs. But its in Pontiac... What else would you expect?

The drive-thru is always SLOW! No matter what time of day or night, no matter how many cars are in line, they are slow! However, usually its backed up because they are so slow.
