I love Passage 2 India! I have eaten at Indian restaurants in Atlanta and Washington, D.C. and Passage is definitely my favorite! I have eaten here many times with friends and family, and the food and service has been consistently excellent. As a vegetarian, I love all of the meatless options on the menu while my more carnivorous friends enjoy the variety of entrees with meat. The portions are large but appropriate in my opinion. Because of the way much of the food is served, you can share multiple dishes. However, when it is only my husband and me, we usually do not share entrees. My husband is usually capable of eating nearly all of whatever he orders, but I usually have enough leftovers for lunch the next day! Bottom line, I have never left this restaurant disappointed.

Used to love this place; however today the food was sub-par. I addressed our problem with the manager and he told us that we "all the time complain." He continued with "you waste my money." Somehow the management has adopted the policy that what they serve you is what you get, regardless of quality. I have never been more embarrassed and enraged at the service and treatment I have received in a restaurant as I was today. To Management: Bottom line is no one is perfect, the sooner you realize that, not everything that comes out of your kitchen is as it should be, the better. Additionally, we paid for that burger (2 years ago) so I am not sure how we wasted your money; I do however know exactly how you wasted my money.

My first experience eating Indian food. I have always wanted to try it, and the reviews were excellent. The amount of spice was just right for my first experience. My largest complaint is that I was not assisted at all by any staff. I walked in for an early lunch, and there was one other customer there, he was the one that noticed my lost look and invited me to seat myself and help myself to the buffet. A waitress did take my drink order, but that was the only time she spoke to me. She never checked back to see how I was doing. If you enjoy a quiet lunch to yourself, they certainly provide it! I will return when Im in the area and wanting to enjoy more Indian cuisine.

Excellent food at a great price. The staff is always friendly every time I come here. If you have never tried their food or even just Indian food in general then I suggest you try their lunch buffet so you can try some of everything. I fell in love with their butter chicken this way, and the Naan bread is to die for. If you have children who are picky eaters they can always order something from the brothers grill house (conveniently attached to the restaurant as they owned by the same family. They serve more american dishes such as hamburgers and fries. Their gyro is the best in town and closest thing I can find to a donner kabab so far here in the states.

Stopped here on a whim since the Pho place next door was closed early. Utterly disappointing service. The female mananger was exceptionally unpleasant as other reviewers have mentioned. The food was okay but this place did not do so well on its latest health inspection. I notice at least one review complains of having been sick after eating here. Is that a surprise when the June 2016 health inspection noted failures to keep food stores covered and failures to keep cold and hot food at proper tempatures. Sloppy. Wasteful. RUDE.

I come here for the buffet usually and I am never disappointed. If you have ever had Indian buffet it is pretty typical as far as meats and sides go. I was going to give 4 stars because when I went, they did not have all the food out, and changed regularly because they were preparing a HUGE to-go order and they were tied up. But they made up for this by apologizing and giving me some free samples of indian beers and some other indian foods.

Its the only Indian food available in at least 200 miles (that I know of). There is always a buffet, which is great and you can also order off of the menu. The food quality is variable, but is usually good (sometimes too salty). Once, however, I ordered vegetable samosas and was served meat samosas instead. - not good to/for a vegetarian or a Hindu.

Food was good including the cold... naan bread but the prices are ridiculously over priced. They even charge for water which I got pop but still. They want your money for not much in return sadly.... Not on my return to list after spending $20 on lunch since bread isnt included with a meal.... Ps the service is adequate just not talkative

Tasty food and decent prices. Service ranged from mediocre to dismal depending on which of the staff decided to pay attention. Even so I didnt decide to never spend money there again until the lady at the pay counter was downright snide. Attentive service and courteous hospitality mean the most to me. And this isnt it.

You people In Valdosta are lucky. 2 Indian restaurants and both are authentic. Its a typical Indian restaurant with big menu and real North Indian taste (spicy, Creamy). Service was also fast. We had Paneer Tikka Masala, Dal Tarka with Lachha Paratha. Both curries were with real Indian taste. Keep it up.

My family and I eat here at least once a week, they offer a variety of menu options with something for everyone assuming you know what to order ie my husband eats meat and loves spicy food while our son and I are vegetarians and prefer milder dishes, one of the best restaurants in Valdosta!

Authentic & delicious. Our server was very helpful and attentive. This being my first time having Indian food, he was helpful as well, taking the time to explain different dishes. The atmosphere was somewhat dated but also added to the charm of the place. I will return when in Valdosta.

The food is good and they have a robust menu. I was disappointed they stopped making gluten-free roti/naan. They work well with the local community to try to get their customers at-home delivery, through cruzin waiter. You can also order through yelp24.

My favorite place to eat in Valdosta. Always a real treat. A bit expensive, but totally worth it. Fresh ingredients, friendly staff and comfortable environment bring it all together for a dining experience thats hard to beat around these parts.

Cant get enough of their goat vindaloo and garlic cheese naan. They know I love spicy food and know not to go easy on me. So if youre a chili head like me its a definite must. The food can be a bit pricey but well worth it! big portions XD
