This by far, is the worst Indian Restaurant in the country. The wait staff is terrible and the manager needs a brain exam and a lesson in basic manners. There is one waitress taking care of the 25 to 30 tables they have in the restaurant, along with one assistant who does not know what time of the day it is. The manager/ receptionist greets you , seats you, gives you water ( when she feels like it, if at all), cleans the tables and brings you drinks. The waitress, who lookes like is she is the harrassed mother of 10, barks out " what do you want for dinner?". The average price in this restaurant are between $13-$17 / entree and the waitress acts like it is a roadside diner. Takes your order and brings all your food out together along with a take away box and check. I think the local Dennys have more class than this place. There is not chance for you to order another drink, bread, dessert or coffee... something which most couples like to do when they are dining outside on a Sat night!! The manager/ receptionist, who is the rudest person in that establishment walks around throwing plates and silverware on to the tables even though guests are seated there. Be sure to duck your heads before the plates come flying at you!! She sure must hate her job or something!! The food was below average and not worth writing about... but the service was terrible. Overrall, the experience was disgusting in everyway. Please do not waste your money and time at this utterly useless place. It is just not worth it.

I cannot even give the "Poor" rating for this place. Where to start with the cons i dont understand. We waited for nearly 10 minutes before any of the waitresses paid us any attention and ask us what we wanted. We ordered dosas - that were stone cold and sour. We ran out of chutney and asked for more. The waitress just nodded her head and left off. After 15 mins, we asked another waiter for chutney, who did the same. Finally after another 10 mins, we asked for the manager - the lady when came to us - instead of being apologetic was being quite abusive and said that the chutney cost them 3$ and they would not give any extra. When we told her we would pay extra, she would not hear any of it. Imagine each paper like dosa with no side dish! The worst thing was this - when we first sat in the restaurant they served us water and for the next 40 mins or so, no waiter asked us for water. Despite asking two waiters for water - we got none. Finally when the manager came, we complained to her about the same. She picked one of the glasses that had maybe a drop of water at the bottom and said - See this is not empty that is why we did not give you any more water!!!!! Would you ever want to go here, pay money - eat dirt and be treated like dirt ? NEVER!!! And PS- they only treat Indians this bad - Americans are treated like GODS!

I went there this Saturday night with my wife. We were immediately seated and the service was good. We did not have much time since we had to go to the movies. Everything worked out great, we had nice ambiance, great food, and were out quickly again. So heres my detailed rating: Service: 4 stars. It was fast seating, prompt service, no issues. Friendly as well. Could be more friendly so only 4 out of 5. Check out was fast and easy. Ambiance: 4 stars. Does not look like your normal Indian food take out business with a restaurant on the side for the few who choose to dine in. Everything looks nice, clean and people can spread out widely in the big dining room. Beautiful restaurant atmosphere, nicely decorated, and not overdone. Food: 5 stars. Thats why we were there so my overall rating is 5 stars as well. We had the Mataar Paneer and the Palak Paneer, one of them as a Thali. Upgrade to Thali for just $2.50, then you have additional papad bread on top of the naan as well as 5 or so additional small portions of great tasting food. I ate at a lot of Indian places around town. This one is the best so far.

Love Priya! The food is always amazing! We had the chicken makhani and the aloo mutter, omg absolutely delicious! The kind and sweet Lady that owns the place is always very helpful and very nice! She always remembers my husband and I and talks to us every time we go there to eat. The waiter was very nice and helpful! We have been going to Priya for years and never had a bad experience, Everyone should definitely go to eat there, I promise you will not be disappointed by the food, wait staff and definitely the lady that owns the place will always make sure your visit is nothing but perfection! Thank you for the delicious food Priya! Chicken Makani definitely try it! Also the vegetarian dish Aloo Mutter (peas and Potatoes) cooked in a delicious creamy cashew based fenugreek leaves sauce! Omg omg sooooo good! But everything is yummy and delicious at Priya, dont be afraid to try new foods everyone! You just might be surprised by what different foods you like! Btw the leftovers are delicious!

As far as the menu goes, its for everyone...those experiencing Indian cuisine for the first time, ...as with many Indian restaurants, they have a vegetarian section, if vegan, there are dairy free dishes like the okra fry, but most vegetarian entrees have some cream or dairy...but there is also a southern Indian section with dosas of all kinds. For those of us who like meat, this is where priya excells...the chicken and lamb are as tender and delicious as it can get. They also have shrimp and yes...tandoori salmon! All of these can be base meats for the spectacular entrees...of course the have Tikka masala, vindaloo, korma...but offer far more options than most Indian cuisine. I gave them 5 stars based on cuisine, one small glitch with take out option is they no longer assume nor ask to give you rice, so if taking out...be sure to ask and order the appropriate rice...twice now this has happened to me, but really its my own fault for not checking bag. Otherwise, ITS PHENOMENAL!

Guys , This is worst Restaurant....We went for dinner. Ordered Soup. It took 40 minutes to get it served . what the F$%K. The restaurant was not even busy . there were hardly 3-4 tables occupied. The food came after 1 hour we ordered. Uhhhhh. And in the end ...guys this never happened to me before......When i gave 1$ tip. The manager got fired up. Asked ,,,was there something wrong in the service HAHAHAHAHA.........Isnt it intresting. She said that indian customers dont give good tips so the waiters dont serve INDIAN customers. (Is this mandatory to give tips and do we go to restaurants for giving tips or for food?????)... INDIAN GUYS PLZ GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT NEVER IN THIS RESTAURANT.......as the price of food is also very costly here and i have told you the rest. take care.

I used to go to this restaurant with my parents about 10 years ago, and had a fond recollection of it being good. Unfortunately, me and my girlfriend discovered that the restaurant is currently far from what it once was. The service is horrible -- the waiters are rude and inattentive (it took about 30 minutes to get a drink refill even). The food also was not as good as it used to be. And to top it all off, we had an entertainment book coupon and they wouldnt let us use it without explaining a good reason why. That would be bad enough, but the waitress was EXTREMELY rude to us about it. I love Indian food, but this restaurant is a miserable experience. If I was looking for good Indian food, I would go to Rangoli or elsewhere, this place has lost my business for good.
