VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. My boyfriend and I were seated at the hibachi grill with a family of 6. We all ordered the same thing but my boyfriend and I were served literally 1/6 of the portion everybody else got. While the chef was rationing out the rice the family held their plares up like beggers and the chef did three rounds with rice skipping my boyfriend and I on every round. By the time all the rice was gone every member of their family had a heaping plate of fried rice while mine and my boyfriends portions together didnt equal one of their plates. We didnt come pay 30 dollars to beg for our fair share of food. We were so embarrassed we left before the vegitables were even finished cooking. When we got to the counter to pay three employees ran over very close to us looking worried saying "are you ok" "the food is good right?" Everything is good right" It was very overwhelming and even more embarrassing. I just wanted to leave. So we hurried up and payed and left. After we got back to our car and talked about what had just happened we felt wed been ripped off so I called to store to complain and get my 30 dollars back. The first time they hung up on me and the second time they started yelling at me. The third time they said they can just give me more food. No thanks! The food wasnt even good. At all.

Wonderful food, you get huge portion sizes for cheap and theyre not stingy with the "yum yum" sauce. Unfortunately, less than favorable crowds have found this place and its not very pleasant to eat at anymore. Theres always someone on speaker phone and doing facetime/camming while the chefs are trying to be entertaining. Ive seen people demand that the entire plate of fried rice be changed up to what they want regardless of what everyone else at the table is happy with. Last time I was here I saw a woman pluck a hair straight from her head, put it on her food, then started loudly cussing and demanding that the chef be fired. I asked our server if she could at least ask them to get off of speaker phone (3 of 5 people in the group were on speaker, and it wasnt an emergency), and she said she didnt want to upset them. Cant blame the poor woman, really; after all she had been chewed out over a hair that wasnt the restaurants fault. I dont know how they can steer such loud and miserably rude crowds away, and I dont want to hold it against them, but it makes eating there worse than a kids birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese.

ROACH WARNING! I started coming here 12 years ago when I first moved to Atlanta. It was the go to for birthdays and celebrations - my sister and I were addicted to their hibachi, the yum yum sauce in particular, and their sushi was so good. WAS. In the past few years they have degraded beyond belief. Only a few of the chefs have any life to them, which I honestly dont think is their fault. The waitresses come and go constantly, are very untrained, and are never consistent with refilling drinks or taking excess plates. The management staff went from kind and welcoming to overbearing and rude. Wonder what happened, or if I just never saw it as a kid... Anyway, I never go back there anymore. Not since my last experience when I found a MASSIVE COCKROACH THAT HAD BEEN COOKED INTO MY HIBACHI FRIED RICE. THAT I HAD TAKEN HOME. I almost threw up on the spot, took pictures then threw everything away and warned all my friends and family. They dont keep things clean, their quality and service have gone downhill, and if you question them they just yell at you. Particularly sad, because I have such fond memories.

Please you guys do not waste your time at this restaurant. The staff is rude, unprofessional, and act as if they do not understand English. The food is horrible it was too salty and lacked any type of taste. If that didnt beat it all. It took the waiter forever to change my food. I waited over 15 mintues for the same dish.Once, I eventually received my food for the second time. She insists that the first dish was never salty because she taste it and that I was wrong about the dish. In addition to that, I noticed that she did not bring me rice. However, I still had the rice from the first dish. As I was eating the rice I came midway to the bottom of the bowl and I noticed that the bowl was a dirty and had stains of food that was previously in the bowl. Once I notified the waiter about it she insist that it was sauce that I put in the bowl. Knowing that this is not true because I never use the same fork in the rice bowl. Horrible horrible, horrible, experience please you guys do not, do not, do not, eat at this restaurant! You have been warned!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Over the last three years, weve eaten here about 100 times. Last evening my wife and I ate once again, to only come down with food sickness. Shes been throwing up all evening with severe stomach pains, and I cant stay away from the toilet... Ive had food poisoning twice in my life, and it is the most painful thing Ive experienced other than breaking my pelvis, so I dont think well be returnIng to lucky key any time soon. On a side note, the clientele for this restaurant consists of the most ghetto trash I have ever seen in a hibachi restaurant. Its like Madeas family reunion every day there, and they are always loud as hell so It literally sounds like the zoo. If they started serving pork chitlin hibachi, it would become totally uninhabitable. Im assuming the reason the waitresses rush these "people" out of their restaurant, is most likely because they dont tip at all...

Worst Chinese food I have ever had. Nothing was good, we stopped eating it all before we were full because we didnt like it. Had takeout food, we ate the following: Shrimp and Snowpeas: Overcooked shrimp was half disintegrated and snow peas were too soft. Not much flavor. Steamed chicken and vegetables: Chicken was dry and cold, not even room temperature. We could easily tell the vegetables were frozen, not fresh, and they were cold too. Wonton soup: The wontons had NO meat inside of them, it was just noodle (only 2 of them). The liquid was tasteless. Egg drop soup: Mediocre at best, it was bland. I have eaten at a lot of Chinese restaurants and cannot recall another time when I hated the food even close to how bad this was. I have nothing to say about the service or decor since I was just there to pick up the food.

Co-workers and I frequent this place for lunch often. We like 1$ sushi on Thursdays. We like that we can get sushi, hibachi or chinese and sit in any area so everyone in our group gets what they want. Ive had the following: - Katsu Chicken Bento Box (good) - Sesame chicken (OK) - Soup (good) - Chicken & Broccoli (good) - Hibatchi (OK) - Various sushi (good) My favorite is the Pink Lady Roll. I think it is crab, salmon, shrimp, avacado, rice, cream cheese, soy paper with spicy mayo Something is flash fried .. maybe the shrimp? Whatever, it is delicious! My daughter likes the volcano roll best. Service is ok. They are usually pretty attentive and if you go often enough, they remember you. Prices are very reasonable compared to other Asian spots.
