I went here to potentially place a to go order for a family lunch/dinner. The gentleman at the host desk was on the phone while processing a young ladym who was physically there transaction. He informs her that he has to return the egg roll charge and recharge her. After running the card 2 more times and in the most indiscreet way almost broadcasting loudly that the young ladys card declined he spends more time trying to explain. I was just standing there waiting to order. He still has not acknowledged me. I wait there hoping to be next to place a order and a couple who already ate and was ready to pay comes up. He acknowledges them very nicely and asks if they had a great time, if they were ready to pay all while ignoring my presents. I put my menu back and he then tells me, he will be right with me. I decided to leave. What a complete waste of time. I literally spent $68 at the Chinese restaurant near by across Kroger.

I order shrimp lo-mein and halfway through there was a bug that looked like some kind of slug or roach. I took the food back and the lady tried to say it was a mushroom clearly with Antennas and legs it was not a mushroom. The lady proceed to say that the building was old and it was very hard to control the bugs. The thing I dont get is people heard me tell her that about the bug being in my food and saw me return with all my food to show them but they kept ordering and eating the food.

great food, great people!!! been come here more than 10 years! there is no other place like here! I guess thats what people says about :" what you paid what you get!" Man the food always on point! If u havent try this place you are missing out! Dont be fool with$4.99 from other Chinese restaurant because you just waste your money! Please do yourself a fave come to try their food!

Im new in town and I have been search the best Chinese restaurant for while, and so glad I found this place! Do NOT go to new China that is crossing the street! first time been here and let me tell you when i first walk in im like okay this place look nice, but the food was not and it cost alot! never going back here ever again! i only have little food and i paid for more then what i got. waste my money.

People and environment are amazing. The food is great and the portions are more than enough for one person. Mushroom Chicken with Lo Mein is my absolute favorite. My family has been eating here for years. No better place anywhere around.
