i just had the worse service today by whoever answers their phone. I ordered the 10pcs cajun wings alongside shrimp fried rice and had it delivered to my place because im ill and cant do pickup. First the delivery was 30 minutes after the supposed time, i was cool about even tipped the delivery man. i eat the first piece of chicken and it tasted bad but i assumed that was only because i was sick and my taste buds were acting. As soon as i bite into the second piece, the nasty smell was strong and it tasted like frozen chicken that was not refrigerated and it went bad. Called them to inform them and the lady was very rude and said if i didnt want it i should just bring it back to them because she has no idea what i was talking about. No offer to try to make a new one or see if something was wrong or a simple apology about my bad experience. As someone that has worked at a kitchen myself, customer service goes a long way and that chick will cost the company good money and loyal customers with that rude attitude.

very poor costumer service... some one need to sue this place for giving people there wrong food i could of had a very terrible allergic reaction because of there mushrooms in they fried rice that i didnt even ask for i asked for onion fried rice and when i called she said she wasnt going to argue with me and that i said i wanted veg fried rice i kept telling her no no i didnt and my fiance was right beside me when i order the first time she is a LIAR and they really need to update there staff on how to handle problems especially under pressure becausei have plenty of good lawyers and i will be taking actions if this happens again.. the worse chinese place i ever ordered from. i should of just ordered from the chinese place to the left of were i stay they dont deliver over here but i have a truck and its worth me going to pick it up because there food is good.. but IMPERIAL CHINA IS A DAMN SHAME!!! DISGUSTING PEOPLE WITH NASTY ATTITUDES!!!!!

I have had too many bad experiences. I found wire in my food on one occasion. Anybody can make a mistake so after a few months I gave them another try. I ordered four meals all with fries. Forty mins passed.. Not only did I have to call to see where my food was. They finally brought the food and two of the meals were wrong. I called back to the restaurant to let them know that two of the meals were wrong. They offered to credit me with an order of free fries or a free can pop the next time I order. Im right down the street and due to health issues I cannot drive. So these experiences coupled with the poor customer and mediocre food.. I just wont order from them again.

Worst customer service even. I ordered food and drink coming to about $40. When the delivery guy gets to apartment it takes 10 minutes to explain how to make a second left. Then he hand me my drinks with one spilled in the bag. When i show him and ask him about it he shrugs his shoulders, tells me to call restaurant, and pulls off. When i call them and explain what happens they tell me bring it back. Bring what back i ask. They want me to bring a bag of sweet tea back instead of crediting it back to my card which they claim they cant do. BS. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

The best Chinese food in Decatur. My family and I have been looking for our go-to Chinese restaurant for 2 years. We werent having any luck finding a place that did everything well - not just a dish or 2. But we struck gold when we found Imperial of China. Weve ordered almost everything on the menu here and it was ALL amazing. Imperial of China does everything right! Take solace in the fact that whatever you order is going to be delicious.

If youre looking for a Chinese dining experience that is a feast for all senses, this is the restaurant for you. This place has it all : Delicious meals, a dishwasher enjoying lunch, a man who speaks little English watching westerns on the TV, friendly staff, A dreary dining room, carpet, a coke fridge you can see, yelling, water refills. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT I BELIEVE ALL OF THESE TRAITS TO BE POSITIVE! Dont short yourself... DINE IN!

The dine in experience is dark, dank, and feels really back-alley (which are all good things lol) and the price is right. The food is always flavorful and the deliver is usually pretty fast. My main issue is the manner with which the lady at the front desk answers the phone and responds to complaints, but maybe its a cultural thing? As long as the food is good and gets here quick I can forgive some iffy customer service.

For a hole in the wall Chinese place, this place had some pretty decent food. Hot and freshly made. Seems family owned. Quiet awkward environment, reflects the culture. But pretty legit service though. Got everything we asked for. Our server even took our orders without writing it down and we seemed to have a language barrier but everything was right and delicious!

The food used to be good a few months ago. I loved their chicken. Now, they cook the chicken entirely different. The last time I ordered sweet and sour chicken from them the chicken was all clumped together, tasted weird, and had globs of the sauce all over the chicken. It was almost like they pre-made it and then threw it in the microwave. What happened Imperial?

this place is awful. the platter I ordered had THREE strands of hair in it, and those are the hairs I saw AFTER I ate several bites. my review wouldnt be 1 star but I called imperial for a refund and the cashier called me a liar and hung up the phone. do not eat here, they are unprofessional and the board of health needs to stop by. -beware

They need to learn what blue cheese dressing is. I hate ranch & tarter sauce is for fried fish. Stop giving me either one when I order wings & just pass it off. If you dont have blue cheese, dont give me any dressing with my wings. Im sick of this! Last 3 orders were either ranch or tarter sauce. This is crap!

The place LOOKS disgusting from the outside. There is no way in HELL Id even step foot in there to eat ANYTHING and after reading these comments about wire in food and rat bites in cookies....my intuition is right!! First impressions are a big deal to me. Id rather starve to death than eat in that filthy slip

This was the grossest, greasiest chinese delivery food I have ever eaten. My husband and I threw out the leftovers as neither one of us wanted to eat anymore of this food. The crispy noodles that go with the soups were so greasy they were rubbery, not crispy! We will never order from here again.

The Absolute worseeee restaurant EVER!!!!!! Me and my boyfriend just ordered wings and chicken fried rice and they gave him a plate of Roach fried rice.... Yessss he had cooked Roaches in his rice we were so disgusted that we just informed the cashier and left
