Decades before Starbucks entered the scene, when your dad or grandfather said they were going to the "coffee shop," this is the type of spot they meant. Thank heavens Demitris keeps this great tradition alive as a long-time, "hidden" culinary treasure in Decaturs Belvedere Park neighborhood (just south of Avondale Estates and Memorial Drive). This is THE place for breakfast, brunch or lunch any Monday through Saturday! Enjoy!

Excellent diner. Clean and very friendly service. Ive eaten at countless diners around the US and this one hits every nail on the head. Quality food, friendly service, and very clean. No hipster Art Deco junk, its an actual old school diner with a full glass front and plenty of parking not. Thanks guys. A+++

I love Demitris! This place is so quaint and down to earth with a definite feel of nostalgia. The breakfast is divine and the service is impeccable. My favorite is the pork chop special (fried or grilled). The vegetables are always fresh and well seasoned. Visit this small gem!

Cute lil neighborhood spot! I had a omelet & French toast. The omelet was great, but the French toast, not so much. Maybe its a special Demitris recipe but I did not enjoy it. But that wont stop me from returning, I just know not to get the French toast.

Great service and even better food!!! I eat here at least 4 times a week. No lie. The waitress Ms. B knows what I want when I walk in the door. If you’re in the area you MUST stop by. As a matter of fact. I’m about to go right now!!

Demitris is wonderful southern food. I would recommend the chicken biscuit and the turkey bacon which is absolutely delicious. Parking is limited and so are the seating but its worth the food.
