I went through the drive thru to order a #1 (a burrito supreme with taco supreme and a drink). I asked if I could substitute the taco for chips and cheese and was told no. (I dont know why because a taco supreme costs more than chips and cheese. A plain taco costs more than chips and cheese.) When I said I didnt really want the extra taco the cashier asked me, "So what do you want Love?" Oh, did I mention that they were talking trash about the car ahead of me when I pulled up to the intercom? I thought this Taco Bell would be better than the one on Savoy...guess I was wrong. I left without ordering.

I just wanted a taco, but I noticed the car ahead of me didnt order but just went in the drive-thru line anyway.. but Come to find out - the car in front of me was a drug dealer and the taco bell clerk would be handing him money and the drug dealer handing her a bag... I dislike this area its too urban and the tacos were nasty. I dont want to be part of a drug bust - I just want my tacos. Never again will I visit this taco bell.

Horrible service...waited 10 minutes behind people n drive thru, got to speaker to order, wouldnt respond when we pulled up up to speaker, said hello, got nothing, said hello again, got nothimg asked if anyone was there she finally said hold a minute..car behind us pulled around and in front of us, she took our order. Started giving it to person who cut us, made us wait more and didnt charge them. We left without our food

The drive thru cashier made me feel terrible for wanting more than 1 hot sauce per taco. We ordered 8 tacos and he only gave us 4 hot sauce packets. At the minimum he should have given us 1 packet her taco. I require 3 hot sauce packets per taco. Anything less makes the taco not worth it. He shouldnt have made me feel bad for liking hot sauce on my taco

Ive become a bit of a TB connoisseur over the past few years and this is my favorite Taco Bell. The people are so friendly, the food is always made well, and the music is great!! Plus, therere no annoying TVs blasting full volume and no cumbersome advertisements hogging up the windows. There are several TBs nearby, but go to this one!

Shout out to the indi lady at worked on this day 5/7/17 at 10:45pm she holded the line down when it was packeed while the night shift manager was bitching and being petty and over a piece of tape and walked out on her employee and left her behind while it was busy as hell smh... thank you drive thru lady

When I went their grill machine was broken so they could not make more than half of their menu items. And when asked for anything else they said they ran out of that item. Guy at the drive thru did not bother to tell us that we couldnt get what we were ordering until we finished asking for everything.

Ive been here several times now and every time they give you like 2 hot sauce packets no matter how many you ask for. Doubt this is a corporate issue because other Taco Bells arent as stingy. The food tastes like garbage lets be honest we come here for the sauce. Way to make me not want TB anymore

There is nothing special about this taco bell. Its a taco bell. Sometimes you just want taco bell, because maybe you hate yourself a little, and this facilitates that.
