I have been there a lot - but I get take out. The food is good - not great - but better than eating another veggie burger. And since my options are limited as a vegan this is my fall back plan when I just cant cook. The atmosphere is awful - no character at all. The eat-in service is very very bad. Not intentionally rude, but just oblivious to the needs of the customers. If a waiter comes to your table, order immediately - do not let them walk away - you will never see them again. The movie (same musical over and over about their founder) is just not pleasant - in fact, it is absurd. But you can walk over to the TVs and turn off the sound without anyone caring. Their sanitation rating is a 100, However, do not get the summer or basil rolls, twice they came with a long black hair in them. I dont think they make these on site. I picture someone of Asian heritage (due to the hair color and texture) making them at home and delivering them. The cost is reasonable. Having said that - it is a surreal experience. You should go just to experience it- a strange sort of future where zombies serve vegan food mesmerized by their founders musical playing in the background.

Wish I couldve given these guys a better rating. But unfortunately I didnt even get to try the food. I was visiting and had gone all morning and day without eating so on our way tot he airport I ordered food over the phone for pick up. When I called I asked them for recommendations since the menu wouldnt load on my phone. They referred me to look at the menu. There was a bit of a language barrier so it didnt phase me. Once I placed my order they didnt ask for my name or give me a ETA. I arrived 30 minutes later and the front cashier didnt know about my order. So he goes to the kitchen, and comes back to tell me itll be another 15 min because its very busy. I had some very impatient co workers in the car who had a flight in a few hours, I couldve waited but he was so unapologetic. I told them, calmly, that I was not so thrilled about their service. So he asks if I want to cancel my order. I ended just getting a slice of cake which he did give to me for free without me asking because he knew service was horrible. Wish I wouldve tried their food but I was given the opportunity to do so.

This place is awful. Im an ethical vegan but I dont want to poison my body with crappy food either and this place is vegan junk. Fried and heavily processed soy items in nearly all the dishes, not to mention the texture is awful. If youre going to offer soy "meat" alternatives, do it well. The ingredients do not look or taste fresh and everything we ordered was too salty and oily. Obviously processed fake meats that come right out of a freezer and are plopped in a frier. The only redemption was the peanut butter chocolate cake, which was compromised by some nasty strawberry and green apple jelly design on the plate, talk about inharmonious flavors. If youre a vegan trying to introduce the "lifestyle" to non-vegans, this should be the last place on your list. Youd be better off at the Whole Foods hot bar. The service was terrible (slow/no personality/not friendly) and obviously the crazy cult-like atmosphere is sure to send your non-vegan friends (and sane vegan ones) into a laughing fit that cannot be cured. This is the vegan equivalent of McDonalds.

Farmers Market beats this by alot. This place was a deception. We went for the Monthly Buffet to find no variety, bad tasting food, and soy products was in every single choice! There was only one kale salad with this nasty sauce that made it uneatable. The service was terrible too. The waiter did not even know what GMOs are. We spoke to the manager and they said they "try" to get non-gmo but if they cant they wont. Which means if its not cheap, you are not guaranteed Non-GMO. On that day, all the soy products was GMO. O_O The lack of vegetables and the supply of rice, lasagna, and fried potatoes shows that it was NOT healthy food. Not all vegan is healthy. Food with added sugar and oil is not healthy. When we went in there we expected to see beautiful people, like we do at the Farmers Market. What we saw were obese huge people. This was more like a "wanna be" healthy vegan place. But its not. The buffet was 12$, while at Farmers Market you can get a super delicious variety of choices that will fill you up for only around 7$ !

Ive been a vegan for 15 years, and I picked this place for my birthday. The food was pretty good. I tried their veggie crepe which was so-so, and the root beer float which tasted as expected. My friend had a tofu and eggplant dish that tasted great. The service however was horrible. The lady took forever to wait on us, even though we could see her not doing anything important. One of my friends didnt get his panini until about 15 minutes after we were served. The waitress apparently forgot it entirely. Then there was a nasty black curly hair in his water. We wanted to just not even pay and walk out, but we decided to go ahead and pay to avoid trouble. It took about 10 minutes of standing at the cash register with zero people in line ahead of us before they bothered taking our money. Also the place was kinda hot and muggy inside, there was awkward propaganda playing on the TVs, and the hairy water didnt have any ice. I wouldnt suggest ever going there.

Great food! HORRIBLE WAITER! Ive always had great food there and most of the staff has been excellent. They have a new waiter there who for the past two times we visited was rude, ignored us (even though the place only had 3 other people when we were there). He brought the wrong sandwich and then told us that the one we ordered was not made anymore (even though we ordered it 5 days previously...he was lying)... he gave us a hassle about a substitution we always made on one of the dishes (tried to charge us extra)...then said they had no decaf tea (which they did). I never got a refill on my water and I had to go get extra napkins on my own because after he brought out our food (the app. came with the dinners at the same time)...he never came back to check on us and see if we needed anything. Sad because being vegan my options for great vegan food are limited in Atlanta... Ill go back, but if I see him working, well just get take out.

Comment/Suggestion Box on the check-out counter will improve customer service: I love this place. I have been there several times whenever I have a chance. I have been eating the foods here. I love the GREAT foods here. I have been reading comments/reviews on this Google place. There are mostly good reviews and a few bad ones; but its all great for this RESTAURANT to read them all and realize what they need to take of, especially "their customers concerns & needs". We dont want NO GREAT FOOD/PLACE TO DISAPPEAR. However, customer service is extremely IMPORTANT to us and to their business. I personally suggest ALL to ask for "comment/suggestion box" with small notepad/pen placed on the check-out counter EVERY time you go there until theres one. E.g.: Nicely ask for the manager: "Would you mind to provide us a small comment/suggestion box on the counter? We would like you to hear our voices. Thanks"
