Dont go there! First of all, we ordered 2 medium drinks ice tea and dr pepper, chulupa box, 2 hard shell tacos, a chulupa, and 2 empanadas. The ice tea tasted like water not even sweet water, changed it to mountain dew and got it without ice which I didnt tell her to do. Asked for dr pepper and that had to be changed to pepsi cause it was not good. Asked for double chalupa and didnt get it but didnt know till I left. When I called back I was told sorry for the inconvenience and that if I came right back I would get the whole order again for free. When I got back there I waited for an hour for my order but when I finally got it it was only half of the order. I spent $15 for my order. That is very bad customer service. Oh forgot to tell you that their were 4 employees in the lobby just talking amongst themselves and 3 behind the counter but it still took an hour to get my order and there were only 3 other customers in the store!

Just left this sorry place. I ordered a burrito supreme which the reader board at the drive through read $2.99. When I look at the screen I was being charged $3.59. I asked the person taking my order why the difference to which he replied he didnt know. I asked at the window and was eventually told by the manager that the prices went up and that the General manager would change the board. I told her that until it was changed I should pay the price advertised on the board. She just walked away. So did I, without my order. To the manager that rudely told me that the prices went up: you are not justified. By not telling people ahead of time that your prices have went up and giving them the choice to pay the difference, you are stealing that difference in price. That makes you a thief!!

Went to order the 12 pack/party pack. The price on the menu stated $14.49. I ordered all soft shelled tacos & the lady quoted me $16.79. I asked how? She said tax. I said the tax is $1.08; how could you jump from $14.49 to $16.79? She said that the soft shelled cost more. But the price on the menu has the hard tacos costing more than the soft so how is the party pack in soft more? Then she got loud with me & I told her she needs to lower her voice & she said her voice aint loud & got slick "smart". I told her you know what?! And proceeded to park to get out. My nephew said I was going to go to jail. Thats the only reason I didnt go in. That will be the last time I go to that Taco Bell

When you forget entire combos in someones order in the drive thru they often cant figure it out until they get home. When we have to drive back to get the missing order it causes so.eone to really get screwed. The other food either gets old and cold or 2 people eat while the other drives back to fix what you screwed up. I chose drive thru because its supposed to be convenient. Nothing about my gd order was convenient. You ruined my meal that got cold and nasty,you caused me to drive there twice. I swear on your asses that I wont be back and will continue to review you poorly until I forget. Read it,make it,put it in the dang bag. Really,is it that hard?

I used to be a repeat customer. But they are too busy playing to get the order right lately. They need training on customer service and hospitality. You can even take it back and they still dont get it right. It takes reading comprehension, the ability to anticipate the customers needs and critical thinking to get the order right. Its likely laziness, a lack of reading the order and/or carelessness thats causing them to mess up so often. This location used to be really good. Other Taco Bells are better. They dont have to worry about me anymore. I will buy from another Taco Bell.

Service with bad attitude took 20 minutes to get order then order was still wrong paid 30 dollars for bad service and bad food they had lids for the cups this time but they only had the hot sauce usually a better experience with out the attitude but not this time maybe it was because it is the 4th of July and they didnt want to be there

Staff cares little about the customers. Drive through speaker sits in the rain and staff will let you sit there without saying anything for ages. Layout of the drink accessories is half assed. Drinks on one end, lids on another, need to reach over the counter to get a straw from the back. Black burnt stuff all over your food.

For Memorial Drive this place is a blessing in disguise lol.... Memorial drive now........ not so much. But surprisingly this Taco Bell is cleaner than others. And at night the staff is always friendly very fast and very accurate ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just returned home after visiting this location. Ordered a double steak power up bowl & found NO STEAK! A veggie bowl is what i received after paying extra for steak. They wouldnt even answer the phone & i called 6x. Smh poor service

Didnt have what i wanted at 3 oclock in the afternoon. Didnt have any drinks only tea and water drive thru speaker didnt work and i literally had 5 chips (i counted) with in my bag for my salsa.....just a mess

Customer service and food is always good here. Drive- thru is weird or backwards or something (hence, 4 ☆s). Dining room is usually slow, but clean.
