Las primeras veces que fui dijimos mi esposa y yo waoo tremendo sitio exelente comida y segui visitando el sitio por lo menos una vez a la semana...pero estas ultimas 3 visitas no a sido lo mejor....la comida como siempre exelente pero ultimamente el servicio deja mucho que decir....ya no te dan servilletas se te acaba el refresco y tardan demasiado en traerte otro pero la mesera te pasa por el lado como 20 veces y ni mira...y para colmo en las ultimas 3 visitas termino de comer y ya no ofrecen ni el postre sacan los platos y te dejan ahi mirando para el lado y no te preguntan si deseas el postre o la cuenta nada.....y tienes que estar pendiente a que el mesero te pase por el lado y casi agarrarlo para decirle .traeme la cuenta pq ya las ganas del postre se me quitaron....claro si nunca me lo ofreciste.........

Visit this famous restaurant and we got a great disappointment me n my family and the food is not bad , but the service is very poor, also I ordered a couple of drinks and and they took me 1/2 hour later , truth i dont know why many people visit this restaurant - well not think of me visiting it and do not recommend, I think there are more options Visite este famoso restaurante y nos llevamos una gran desilusión mi familia y yo la comida no está mal pero el servicio es muy pobre ,también pedí un par de bebidas y me las llevaron después de 1/2 hora la verdad no se por q mucha gente lo visita - bueno de mi persona no pienso visitarlo más y no lo recomiendo ,creo q hay más opciones

Hoy tuve una mala experiencia la espera fue un poco larga pero lo peor fue cuando ordenamos nuestra comida por primer vez lleve ami madre que esta de visita aki la espera fue casi de una hora me levante a hablar con el manager y comentarle que otras personas que havian llegado mucho despues de nosotros ya estaban comiendo y nosotros no ....y su contestacion fue dejeme ver en que lugar esta su orden el como manager del restaurante no fue para pedir una disculpa es mas cuando volvio a pasar mejor hiso como si no estubieramos alli ....hoy en este dia le doy mala calificacion por el servicio pecimo .....

For starters I love La Parilla, but this location SMH! Can you please get it together over there? Twice I have visited this location, and twice an awful experience. Once on a very busy afternoon and once just as soon as the doors opened and no traffic whatsoever. The first visit was a nightmare. So much so I called corporate directly to file my complaint. I was assured then service would improve. That was about one year ago. Today I returned and requested to be seated on the patio. I was told I could not be accommodated because they were low on staff -- seriously? You cant serve me on the patio by way of the same waiter who would serve me inside the establishment. Ok, whatevs. I proceeded to seat myself at the bar and placed my order. The order came out wrong, bartender never really paid me much attention to refill my drink, and my meat was hard as a rock! Again, I arrived before the mad lunch hour rush; thinking it would be perfect timing to be properly seated, order taken correctly, and my meal served to me with the freshest of meats and ingredients. I was wrong. So wrong. I wont return to this location again.

Came in after my shift at another restaurant to see the United States match. Id been in before and knew they had tvs all over the place, and I figured that like every other mexican restaurant Id been to, the soccer match du jour would be shown. Boy was I wrong. I asked to sit somewhere where I could see the match, and there were plenty of open tables, but alas they couldnt seem to find one where I could watch the match. I asked them to put it on where I was sitting, and waited, and asked someone else, and waited, and finally got up to walk out when it finally appeared, I having missed a big part of it by then. I decided to eat, thinking it couldnt possibly get worse. It did. The food was bland and I had to ask another three times to get a coke. I work in the restaurant industry, so it takes me a lot to ask twice or complain about something. Ive done both because this place is awfully run and should be avoided.

This evening my girlfriend and I decided to stop and get dinner at La Parrilla Mexican Restaurant (Norcross, GA). This will have been the last time we ever go to that establishment, and I have never seen or experienced such distasteful and rude service from a so called manager. Our server was great and had set an upbeat mood for the night, however whenever one of the managers, Angela, stopped by the table she blatantly called my girlfriend fat who is far from it. Again I have never seen such distasteful and rude behavior by someone who is supposed to be a so called "manager". Angela tried to change the subject after she noticed that the three of us, our server included stared at her in disbelief of what she said. After this we both lost our appetite and decided to leave. I encourage my friends to take their money to a different establishment.

Went there with my wife and two children. The waitress had an attitued and brought the wrong order to our table. After eaching a couple bites we realized it was not what we ordered and in fact we wanted what we ordered. It took almost half a hour to get our servers attention to let her know we had the wrong order. Then the waitress wanted to charge us for a complete second meal. (We were fine if she took back the un-eaten plate of food). We did not want a second order, we just wanted what we ordered. When the manager stoped by to ask if everything was "okay" I said no, we got the wrong oder. He simply said, he was sorry that we were unhappy but didnt seem to have the desire to do anything about it or about maintaining our business. We wont be back.

Ive been to this location a great number of times. Largely, Ive had a very positive experience. Today however, I went in and had an all but pleasant experience. The service was terrible! I tried to flag down one server leaning against the servers stand and she looked at me three different times without even flinching towards moving. My server was terrible. He brought out a half portion of beans at first and he brought back the full portion, he proceeded to spill them all over. By the time my food finally came out, I was quite upset. Especially considering how hungry I was. Even after all these years of visiting, Im not sure Ill be coming back.

We visited the restaurant for a birthday dinner recently. It was quite crowded on a Friday evening and there was a 20 minute wait but we were seated before the estimated wait time. The waitress was pleasant and gave us the time to come up with our choices. The chips, salsa and guacamole (we ordered and they made at the table) were good. The food was quite tasty and the portions were healthy and in some cases could have been split in two easily. Overall, an enjoyable evening with good food, atmosphere and a good value.
