0 stars!!!! Went to this place today to grab a quick lunch between baseball games... what a waste of time and money. I ordered 3 sandwiches... then approximately 8 other orders came behind me. After waiting when everyone else received their food, we are left still waiting after 25-minutes I walk up to the owner and he says they are remaking my sandwich because it had mayo on it; I watched them make my sandwich 3 times before leaving with a bag at 32-minutes after my order $26.12 paid. At the ballpark, I see my wheat turkey rueben on wheat is turkey white bread lettuce and mayo!!!! After 3 attempts and 30-minutes, they still only got 1 ingredient on my sandwich correct. I drove all the way back ... I am at 1-hour and still havent eaten. The owner looked at me like I was crazy to complain... never apologized. Finally offered to refund me and then I walk out still without lunch. I got back to the park 1 1/2 hours after I originally ran up to grab lunch and guess what... still no lunch. This business is a joke. I had many below average experiences here and heard of numerous people suffering food poisoning. PLEASE dont waste your time or money at this place. They just cannot get t together to deliver a decent consistent product... plenty of better options out there.

This branch located in Forum (Norcross) is the worst among several branches I have tried in the past. Today, my wife and I had the worst Turkey sandwich and Ruben sandwich we ever had. The bread on the Ruben was totally soaked with the liquid from the sauerkraut and tasted nothing like a real Ruben sandwich. The sliced turkey looked more like ground turkey breast. It was all in broken pieces and looked like it was chewed. I brought up the problem twice with the person behind the counter ( who looked Indian) and he seemed like he didnt care. He was silent and just stared at me with no response. I will never set my foot in any Which wich shop.

I havent been to Which Wich in a while, so when I went here I came in a bit puzzled. One the employees saw my befuddled look and immediately helped me out! I ended up getting the chicken parm sandwich on white and it was pretty good. Didnt have to wait too long, I can after the lunch rush thought. I appreciate the good customer service and will be back.

The best sandwich Ive ever eaten. I love the idea that they dont have to take your order. You just mark down what you want on the menu bags and they make it for you. Great place to have lunch. I will definitely eat here again.
