After many hours of driving, and a long exhausting day of work, I was looking for a nice place to eat. As I love Indian food, I saw this place and leapt at the opportunity to try a new place. When I entered, I saw that they had a private party, so I asked if I could order some food to go. I was told yes. I didnt order too much, but really wanted to eat something, so I ordered a shrimp appetizer, a salad, and some tea. After paying and tipping, I took the bag back to my hotel. What a mistake! I should have checked every box! There were 5 tiny BURNED shrimp. No dipping sauce. The salad was a scant handful of wilted lettuce, 4 thin quarter slices of tomato, and a few chunks of cucumber. No dressing. The glass of tea was maybe 2/3 full with a lime wedge. I was so tired I didnt bother going back. Instead, I went to the Wendys next to my hotel: something I should have done in the first place. Talk about a waste of money. Speaking of going back, I never will! I go to this area on a regular basis for business, and Ill be sure to not only avoid the place, but tell all the folk I know at the events I go to to avoid it as well. Was it because I was an older white woman in an Indian establishment? I dont know, and dont really care since I will never darken their door again.

Called for a delivery, lady answered to my order with it seemed to be her kids yelling in the background that she was screaming at while on the phone with me . She then told me she would call me back with the order price .... thought that was weird , got even worse when I called back 15 min later , she then put me on hold and left me there hung up after 10 min . Im guessing they just didnt want to deliver but horrible customer service . Wow ... I edited from 1 to 3 stars, I did receive my food eventually and it was pretty tasty .

If youre looking for really good Indian food this is your place. We originally came here because of the Lamb vindaloo. After arriving we saw that the tables were very presentable with nice tablecloths the restaurant was clean and the service was excellent. We ended up ordering the lamb vindaloo and chicken 65, both dishes were very good. We spoke with the owner/Cook. He was very nice and pleasant to speak with. We finished our meal with rice pudding which was perfect in my book. They also deliver for free within 5 miles.

Simply the best Indian food Ive had. I cant believe the rating is only 4.3, honestly. I had Chana Masala and Saag Paneer (aka Palak Paneer) and each dish was literally the tastiest Ive ever had. The chicken samosas are one of the best things IVE EVER HAD, ever. I told them that I would write a review and they told me please dont write the review until I have eaten. Now that I have eaten, I understand why. I will visit this place to the exclusion of almost any other, from now on. Wonderful~

Outstanding service and food with a very wide variety of dishes, including many vegetable and lentil dishes. Once more clients come, they will invest in nicer decor. But dont mind the pink drapes, the food is better Indian cuisine than what I have had in posh restaurants in midtown. The owner and his son were very hospitable and attentive. Price was also very reasonable. If you are craving Indian food, and you in Gwinnett, this place is really good.

New Indian restaurant in Norcross. Chef with decades of experience in luxury hotel kitchens has opened a restaurant with his family. Food is excellent (delicious rice, lamb jalfraizi, mushrooms daal, tandoori chicken tikka, naan, masala tea, and rice pudding). All delicious with the flavor depth you expect in Indian food, with the chef using only spices he grinds himself. I look forward to many more meals here in the future!

Place is nothing special from the outside but food is excellent. We had dinner for two - an appetizer, two meat dishes, one vegetable dish, rice and naan. Food was fresh and delicious. Owner and staff were very nice and helpful. The only thing is that they dont serve alcohol... Chai or some other non-alcoholic beverage must do.

I am really happy that this place is getting better. I stopped coming to this restaurant last year and now that there is a new owner things have gotten much better. The interior still needs some renovations but besides that the food is excellent and the staff seems so friendly. Must give this place a chance for rejuvenation.

Top shelf samosas, great lamb and chicken curry, yummy naan. This place has exceeded all my expectations. The lamb was my favorite curry, soft and juicy and flavorful. The Samosas was so crispy and flaky and stuffed full of curry flavored chicken. Do not pass this place up.

Have visited twice, the first time to pick up an order placed on line and the 2nd time for the lunch special, which I enjoyed at the restaurant. Both times I was 100% pleased! The food and service are great, the portions generous and the value excellent! I will be back often!!

Staff was very friendly, music put me in a nice vedic trance mood and the food was good. The owner came to meet us and made sure everything was good. They over-delivered..great experience. We will be back.
