I used to visit this place every Friday for lunch before work and the service was extraordinary! The food was fresh! The employees superb and professional... But my schedule changed and now I only get to stop by for lunch on Sundays right as they open... While the staff are still friendly and helpful the cooks regularly show up late and they are forced to either open late or only have a couple dishes ready at opening... Also since my schedule changed Ive been met by several unsavory characters in their parking lot begging for me to buy them some food... while I dont mind helping them (theyre asking for food not money) I cant help but get upset when it happens regularly and I cant even get the dish I want the most... teriyaki chicken

Lady working drive thru was so confusing while taking our order. Waited for about ten minutes on two plates and ragoon. Ordered two teas and they brought one out and said they didnt have enough tea for another. Noodles were dry. Ragoon was overcooked and stale. Was our first time trying panda express. I dont know if Ill want it again BUT if I decide to try again, Ill definitely find a location that has it together bc this one doesnt.

visted on 7/22/17 around 4PM food was not hot bad service..no smiles..not friendly from staff teriyaki chicken was burnt chow mien was over cook I normally visit once a week because its not convenient to me (5 miles from home) When it comes to great service great hot food and friendly staff, Panda Express in stone mountain DOES NOT DELIVER. this location is hit or miss..you never know what you will get

Debit card Scam. Be aware. Someone spent $100 in food and paid with my debit cards stolen information. Panda express, common sense please. Doesnt this sound like fraud? You should have a policy of asking for ID when someone is buying food over $50, because, who eats that much food anyway and such an exact amount? Im disputing the charge but Ive read Im not the only one going thru this. Inside job?

Customer service is spectacular. Im actually waiting for my food now but the person taking my order is very respectful and understanding. I ordered a plate then last minute asked if he could replace my steak with some fresh steak. He didnt bat an eye. Only reason why Im not giving 5 is because I havent ate the food yet!

Ok so i brought my girls on mothers day then came back today to use my free entree item coupon and was told that i cant get the item i want and had to pay for it and then was over charged for a plate i didnt get when i tried to talk to the manager she said i was told wrong and the person that help me was new.

This location is subpar at best. I ordered the Pacific chili shrimp which costs an additional $1.25 and I was only given 6 pieces. The shrimp was way overcooked and the noodles were dry. The staff wasnt very nice and the restaurant wasnt very clean. The Tucker location is much better.

One of the lesser quality Pandas Ive been to and Ive been to them all over the country. Ive had far superior mall Chinese food. Well executed Panda is on par with good Mall food, this place is appears poorly managed and trained.

I did not like customer service. Spoke with manager Christina who act she did not care. The portion was small and had to wait for hot good. The drive thru but who is black was very nice but coming into the store was SORRY.

Lately as food prices rise, its harder and harder to get Panda Express anymore. I remember when it used to be $4.95 for two meats and a side. Now its nearly $8. The quality of food doesnt justify the price at all.
