As a southerner I love my Louisiana Chicken and Biscuits , but this place has absolutely ruined my experience multiple times. The wait time is ridiculously high every afternoon that i have stopped by and the employees are so care free about customer service . The last time i went me and my colleagues ordered a gallon of tea a box of biscuits with the usual potatoes with chicken strips . after waiting 10 to 15 mins to order they waited another 10 min to realize my food wasnt even being prepared and the manager continued to stand in the door of the office i watched the employee stuff her face then after finally getting the order ready i had to find my receipt to prove that i payed for it when the employee just gave me back my change so before loosing my cool i sat and dug for my receipt and showed it to her before waiting 5 more minutes to hand my food out the freaking window.. they forgot my sauces and utensils and the tea was mediocre ,,, very disappointing nothing was fast or delicious about this Louisiana kitchen .

Went in to order, only to discover they were out of both mild and spicy tenders, and mild regular chicken. Then as I was about to order, the guy behind the counter leaves to get out more chicken. Instead of coming back to take my order, he goes to the drive through and starts taking a order that came up after I had been waiting. All in all, I had waited over 5 minutes just to have my order taken, I gave up and went into the Country Pride and got food.

More expensive than the Ypsilanti location. Waited forever (and it wasnt busy, so no excuse) and then my order was wrong! We even asked at the window to confirm because they said the wrong thing and they checked it and said it was correct. And then it wasnt. Very frustrating! At least the lady up front was polite about the confusion and gave us the correct order for free - and let us keep the wrong order. Go inside, not drive thru!

As a truck stop Eatery you should be open 24 hours like other restaurants are. I specifically came here to have Popeyes which I have maybe twice three times a year but this is ridiculous. There are a lot of truck stops that have Hardees McDonalds Subway and theyre open 24 hours because truck drivers work 24 hours seven days a week if youre going to be at a truck stop then cater to those hours.

Asked for the Fish and Shrimp Combo. They do not offer that any longer. Asked for Cocktail and tarter sauce with my Shrimp meal. Did not receive any. Thought that when you get a roll, you would at least get some butter. But I received nothing. Even after asking. Not real happy with that. I will go to KFC from now on.

Its as good as fast food gets. This one is at a truck stop so you get an interesting crowd in there sometimes but the dining room is clean and modern. The food is always excellent. Ill take Popeyes over KFC anyday.

I got the chicken po boy and it was phenomenal. Hot, fresh and juicy and I got it blackened. The speed is not the quickest but thats what happens things are hand made. The downside is the price. Its expensive.

Food is good, but prices are nearly twice that of other Popeyes. I live in Ann Arbor, and I am glad there is a location in Ypsilanti now. Same distance from my home, but the prices are much more reasonable.

Food is always hot and taste great. One of the best Popeyes I been too. Workers are very friendly. I go a couple times a week and recommend it to anyone. I get spicy chicken everytime. Its great

Just be prepared to wait... otherwise we really love their fried chicken! Once you accept that you will be waiting around for a while, its all good.

Unbelievably expensive. 2 PCs $8. At home 8 PC box, 2each, $8. Thats Nelsons County Market, Tomahawk Wisconsin. Best chicken anywhere.
