We didnt even get to try the food. We went to Zoes for the first time on Aug. 1st at the recommendation of a friend. We placed our order of steak kabobs and a pimento cheese. We sat down between two tables, both of which had someone eating and someone watching them. The reason they were watching is because they never got their food. A table that came in after us that was a party of 3 got 1 order of steak kabobs. While the other 2 people in the party watched him eat. They were just handing out food randomly. We waited 45 min. before a worker came over and asked us what we ordered so they could start making it. Needless to say we were over waiting and got a refund. While we were there, I would say they refunded at least 20 orders. The girl who gave us a refund barely spoke to us, only to ask us if she was refunding the right check. Never once apologized. We will NEVER be going back here again!

The customer service was outstanding! Unlike some of the other reviewers, I had an awesome experience. We went during lunchtime and our food was brought to the table in about 5 minutes. The lady who took our order was very friendly and curteous. She told us about the 99 cent cup refill and also about the app to register for free stuff! She also picked the sides for my husband, which ended up going well with his meal. She even asked us how we liked everything when we were finished. We will definitely go back again.

Food is good but the portion was a lot smaller than the other locations that weve been to (around Atlanta). We ordered the steak kabobs and the sides were small. I would expect more food for $12. In addition, the other entrees came out at different times which meant we had to wait on the others to finish eating! Chicken salads came out first, then the kabobs, the the bowl of soup, then the cup of soup. All at different times. I dont think we will be back until better reviews are posted about their portions!

Today was my first time coming to Zoes kitchen and I ordered the chicken pita with a side Greek salad! The food was totally awesome so delicious and flavorful! Perfect of perfection, the atmosphere and the place was wonderful as well! I loved the paintings on the walls and the color scheme! I will be going back with my husband, it will be his first time trying it as well! I definitely recommend Zoes kitchen! Fabulous place!!! Xoxo

Food was GREAT! Prices are reasonable and service was quick and everyone was extremely friendly. The person who took our order told us about the app so that we could get a free refillable cup and another employee was helping an older gentleman with the app on his phone. Everyone was extremely helpful and we will definitely be a customer.

I try and try again to give them a chance but they fail in comparison to other locations. They skimp on salad portions.I could hold the amount of greens in my side salad in one hand. I will pick up at the Emory location and drive all the way home to Snellville to eat. Just to get a value for my $$

Great place. The design is nice and the food is good. However if your looking for meat, this is not the place to go. These are just normal sandwiches and other entire options like kabobs. Good vegetarian, vegan. And gluten free selection.

My first few times here were awesome however lately it seems to be on the decline. The steak isnt as tender and the rice and potatoes are both dry. I love the variety of the menu but the quality of the food matters as well.

Went in after church with my daughter. She had the greek chicken pita and I had the grilled pimento cheese. Both were AMAZING! If you havent eaten here, you are flat missing out. The staff is super nice. Great place!!

Not only is Zoes delicious but the customer service is perfect. The manager was so unbelievably nice to my coworkers and I. We love coming to Zoes on our lunch break. Yummy, healthy, and fast! We love it here!
