I used to love Chipotle, had it weekly...until I had this awful experience. I got a rice bowl with lime rice and cilantro, lettuce, vegetables, black beans, chicken, corn, salsa, and cheese, and I basically found two green inch worms in my meal. I understand that the food is 100% organic, but I would expect them to a least WASH the food items beforehand so that incidents like this dont occur. I dont think anyone would be fine with finding critters camouflaged in their lettuce. After some research, I learned that I wasnt the only one to experience this. What concerns me the most is that the insects could actually be from the meat (chicken). Besides, they had a widespread case of E. Coli in the chicken in Oregon/Washington and a current norovirus case in California, so why couldnt this happen as well? My friend also recently dined at Applebees, and he found worms in his steak, which led to his food poisoning. We discovered that restaurants such as this, including Chilis and possibly Chipotle, get their meat in mass from Cosco, and this is the meat that Cosco cannot sell to customers because of the obvious contamination, so they provide it to major restaurants for a cheap price. As unfortunate as this situation is, I still hope this gives you an insight on what were actually eating at Chipotle and most other restaurants and that we should maybe be questioning restaurant grades...

I visit several Chipotle locations in the Metro Atlanta area all of the time. I often go to this Snellville location and I have always ordered side sauces with my chicken bowl. Not once have I ever been charged $.95 for anything. But my most recent visit to this Snellville location, the cashier told me they are now charging for side sauces and are charging for any side whatsoever! I was just at the Alpharetta location on yesterday and they didnt charge me that amount at all. The cashier told me this was company wide. Well I contacted their corporate office. The rep was not apologetic, she was not trying to offer me any concession and could not really explain to me their actual policy that should be followed across the board. She told me some locations do charge and some dont . Well thats poor customer service as far as Im concerned. Be consistent, just like Chick Fil A, McDonalds and all the other franchised restaurants. I will not cater to this restaurant ever again and its my hope that others will follow and not put up with this type of treatment. $.95 for a side sauce is ridiculous.

This restaurant is horrible, to say the least. Extremely long wait times, unprofessional staff, unsanitary staff, and a no-clue-manager. I have visited this location on several occasions in an effort to reach a satisfactory level. I now drive alllllllll the way to the Duluth location, where I can walk in with 30 people in line with a wait time of less than 20 minutes. One of the employees was washing the back of the glass with a wet, dirty dish cloth over the food. I also asked one of the employees to change his gloves, and he displayed major attitude as well as converse about it to a fellow employee. When I complained to the manager, after apologizing, she offered a coupon for one free meal and chips after I spent $25.00. I confirmed my receipt, which she had in her presence, and she still said she could only offer the above. After this incident, I walked in to receive my coupon, and the employees involved found it necessary to point me out to other employees.

This location is horrible when dealing with online orders. I have ordered online many times and this location is the only one that consistently does have the order ready on time. Because they are so bad, my family decided to start standing in line. However, yesterday I was in a hurry so I placed an order (3 meals) for pickup at 6pm, knowing that I would arrive around 6:20pm. Well guess what, it was not ready. I thought it was an early April Fools joke. I had a car full of people in a hurry and I had to AGAIN stand there and wait while I watched them scramble to make the order. Furthermore, they were the worst meals weve had at Chipotle. It had no seasoning or something. My wife threw up after eating it. Anyway, something needs to be done about this location.

I been there twice and the first time a staff was very rude to me so, I stayed away for months the second time I went was only because I am now pregnant and was craving chipotle this is the closest one to me and I go in and wait 25 minutes in line when I finally get to the counter space to order just horrible uncleanliness dried food residue everywhere staff talking all over customers orders. I decided to just still order because I had waste so much time waiting in line and was on way to work so, I had no time to stop off anywhere else. I will never visit this location again two strikes Im out. II would frequent the Druid Hills location a lot while living in that area totally different experience.

This is by far the worst Chipotle I have eaten at. The customers service is poor. You have one particular young lady who always have an attitude. The line is always long and not moving. The food servers just take their time in getting the food ready. There is no urgency in the way they prepare the food. It is nor a sanitary place. I had to asked one work to changer her gloves after touching her face. I had to asked another work to change his gloves and wash his hands after he cough in his had and just change the clothes and not was his hands. I will not eat here any more. I will drive to the one on Pleasant Hill before I eat the the Snellville location again.

The place is beautiful. The food is always on point but tired of seeing these dirty tables when ever i come here. Between ordering and eating we stayed here at least 45 minutes and only one table was wiped during that time period and its the table we requested to be wiped. Thanks to the cashier who stopped what she was doing to wipe our table. One problem to that thpught. She overlooked every other table and didnt notify who ever is responsible so I guess she wasnt trained properly. Cant blame the staff. The manager should be fired (Lina Rodriguez). This girl next to us had to wipe food from her chair before sitting.

Obnoxiously loud atmosphere. Music is pumping from the speakers in the dining area AND from the kitchen. The music from the kitchen was entirely inappropriate with almost every other word being $**t or f---. As another user stated, sweet tea is almost always out and the concessions area is rather messy. Also, my to go order was all cold even though I arrived on time (the tortilla, rice, and steak are all supposed to be warm). While chipotle usually garners praise for their great tasting food, their dining and to go experiences are nothing to write home about. Make your own burritos or go to a different chipotle.

Ate at one in California. was really good. This one, in Snellville, GA is not worth visiting. Facility echos horribly. Loud music is trash over a poor sound system. Seats are NOT comfortable. Food is ALL packaged to go, as if they really would rather you would leave. Food is bland, with no apparent ties to Mexican food preparation. Rice and beans not quite done, and tastes like it is Americanised stuff out of a box. Noise is driving me crazy. Threw the unfinished food in the trash (wonder if they recycle their garbage by feeding it to hogs? Poor pigs!) and left to get a good meal at Little Mexico!
