I dont even know where to begin! First let me say if you show up at any restaurant on a Fri nt and its pretty empty while all the surrounding restaurants have a 50+ min wait...let that be a sign!! We ordered the wing combo (6 bone in mango habanero, 6 boneless lemon pepper, fries & cole slaw) and a fish sandwich with no onions. The waitress asked what side we preferred with the fish sandwich so we opted for onion rings since the combo came with fries. The waitress went to put in the order an I immediately changed my mind wanting the jerk wings instead of the mango habanero. We stopped the waitress at the table next to us an she said she would let our waitress know to make the change an went into the kitchen. When our food arrived, almost 45mins later my wings hadnt been changed, his fish sandwich still had onions on it an the onion rings was literally an order of 4. We told our waitress that my order was wrong an asked had she not gotten the message from the other waitress an she said no. So happens the other waitess then appeared so we askes her if she had told our waitress to which she responded that she told the cook while our waitress was right next to her. Out waitress (Saleema) then asked if I wanted her to fix it an said it would take a while. I told her no an she asked again while reaching for my plate. I again told her no it was fine. All I could think was you just told me its going to take a while after we just waited for 45mins and now you want to take my entire plate so that you can fix the order? Not good service at all! When we were done she then asked me if I liked the wings and I told her no.. She simply said "Im sorry" an walked away. Where exactly is the customer service in this place? If you mess up an order, fix it! You ask the kitchen to rush it, not try to take the customers entire plate! And if it is messed up an the customer expresses they didnt like it, get a manager an see if theres anything that can be done. We were so irritated by the experience that we didnt even realize until after that I never got my cole slaw. Never Again will we return to this place.

The service here is absolutely terrible! After being seated, our server, Nick, told us hed be with us shortly. 15-20 minutes pass by, and he never comes to take our drink order. Another waitress actually had to come and take it for us! Nick finally showed up about 10 minutes later with our drinks, and then asked if we were ready to order. Most of the table was ready, but there were two who asked about sampling different sauces. He told them that hed bring them a sampler and then left without taking any orders for those of us who were ready. Another 15 minutes go by. The sampler never comes. When we saw Nick again, we had to call him over to our table so that we could order our food. The food came out fairly quickly, but many at our table had cold food. Once we were ready for the check, we hunt down nick AGAIN since he disappeared after bringing our refills (everyone at the table had finished their first drink, and didnt get a second drink until halfway through our meal, and ONLY because we asked.) We waited 10 minutes for the check, and then went to go find nick for the second time, only to find him sitting in the same place where wed found him the first time. We complained to the management, but no one ever came to talk to us. We sat down around 8:40 pm and didnt leave until after 11. People whod sat down a good 30 minutes later than we did got their food at the exact same time and left before we did. This was my first time ever eating at Buffalo Wild Wings, and I was not impressed. I might try again sometime, but I will never go back to this location.

Where do I start....for me to write this means a lot and this was hands down one of the worst experiences I have had at a BWW. On a slow Tuesday night we got seated fast and picked to sit outside on the patio, we were there to watch a hockey game and get some food. The server greeted us fast and I think that is the only good thing about this visit. Ordered right when we got there around 730pm, our drinks took about 20 minutes to come and at some point we all actually forgot we ordered food as it was already 2 periods [ hour and a half] since we ordered that our waitress told us the food was in the window and ready to be served. Between this long period we walked to the bar to get our drinks and the server never apologized for the long wait or asked if we needed drinks....crazy no attempt to help solidfy why the service was so bad! 2 hours later (maybe longer) our food arrives and the wings are now cold, crazy. This Tuesday was slow as ever and ever waiter/waitress seemed to be smiling and having a great time as no one was being served. Tables in our area same complaints but nothing was done. The lack of effort is mind blowing as servers usually make money from tips, a simple apology or explanation would have went miles but instead the worse it got the more our server avoided us? Terrible and this is the second experience that was sub par so that really shows this location is one to avoid if you actually enjoy being able to eat and have a couple drinks in a timely manor.

I arrived at WW on 22 May 2016 approx. 5:30PM. A friend and I requested to be seated on the porch. The host appeared annoyed, but very slightly. I did not notice this but my friend did. There was also a man present that snicked at her mannerism, which seemed to further indicate some sort of annoyance. Not sure why there would be one, all we asked was to simply be seated outside. There we were outside, waiting and waiting. 15 mins goes by and a family is seated behind us and 5 min later they are asked for there food requests. After the server turns around and leaves, I ask off to the side that we had not been served yet. The server acknowledged and left. Turns out the server is actually the hostess from before. 10 more mins go by and the family gets their drinks. We still have no been approached. After that we left. Id like to start by saying I have been at this establishment before 2x and have been served respectively. I see this as not a failure on WWs part, but on the host/server that was operating the patio that day. If youre the manager reading this, then you should be fully aware of who worked that day in that spot, and that you probably lost a decent sale on that day. Cheers.

Agree with others that Buffalo Wild Wings is delicious, but this location is the worst! I placed an order online to go. The order was completely wrong when I arrived. The hostess went back to fix it, came back, and it still wasnt right. Then she went back another time to get the missing pieces. I examined the food and it looked horribly prepared; sloppy, incomplete, and still not as ordered with the customization options (pro tip, dont offer customization on your website if your chefs and line workers are too incompetent to read them). Also, brought me a "side" of coleslaw in a sauce dip container. Really? Your side of coleslaw is one tablespoon? Get out of here with that trash. Do NOT give this location your business. The management needs to open their eyes, and thats only going to happen if you hit them in the financial spot where it actually hurts. BWW corporate should be ashamed. And def needs a better audit process for its restaurants. Total joke.
