With regards to the food and the time it took for our food to come out, it was average. On the other hand, the wait staff was absolutely terrible. If you want to be disrespected and rushed to order in less that two minutes, this is the place for you! As soon as we sat down, our waitress demanded that we order, then came back less that a minute later with our drinks asking yet again if we were ready to order. She answered "thank-yous" with "yep." and couldnt take the time to make eye contact with any of us while asking what we wanted to eat. It was the epitome of bad service. To top it off, we were cashiered out by a young girl who thought it was appropriate to argue with us over how we wanted to split up the bill because it was less convenient for her. Just a horrible experience, would never recommend.

What can I say, its IHOP LOL I have taken my daughters here for pancakes when I dont feel like making pancakes after a long day at work or for a special treat. IHOP has certainly changed over the years from the 70s and 80s when the pancakes were bigger and the syrup was more plentiful back then. Who remembers the old style IHOP buildings that were fashioned after the old style swedish home with the pointy traiangle roofs and flowers boxes LOL. Now IHOP is like dennys. This place is ok, next to the homestead the service is quick and to the point and the food comes out pretty fast. Not much else as i feel the magic of IHOP back in the dayas a kid is long gone!!!

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Seated and only given one set of silverware, asked for another. Ordered and our meals game out 10 minutes apart, I received mine with the wrong sides and still no silverware to eat it. By the time I got any thing to eat my food with it was cold. Server care? Nope. In a no frills restaurant (although I do expect what I actually ordered and utensils to eat it with) this is a joke. Dont waste your time. Been here many times of the years and the service is 100% hit or completely miss. Your time (and money) is better spent watching YouTube videos of mold grow than playing Russian Roulette with this place.

Me and my wife came to this IHOP location for the first time. I would like to highlight that the Manager Chris went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make my stay there better. While I wont mention the negative encounter I had with the waitress, Ill just say his demeanor and eagerness to correct the situation and turn my experience from a negative to a POSITIVE is what counts the most. Chris is the type of leader needed there and in ANY type of Managerial position. I just hope that what he did reflects on his staff so they can follow suit. Chris if you ever read this, YOU ROCK!

I rate this at 3 stars only because the three or four waitresses I have had were outstanding. The food is average and the place needs a remodel, but the waitresses make this place. They are polite, quick, hilarious and they know how to smile and say thank you. The owner is a very nice felliw and often at the cash register. I do like the fact he is there to hear the bad, as well as the good. As for me, Robin, Katie and Chenisha (spelling ?) are great and would go again just to say hello.

Good, friendly service and fast. The prices are great and the food is consistently decent. The new criss cross waffles are pretty good! I especially like the banana salted caramel flavor. I had to deduct stars because its never very clean, a lot of the lights flicker, which is annoying, and they are too slow to bus tables so you end up sitting next to dirty tables.

Horrible service charged my childs food as adult asked for napkins when we came in and got them towards end of meal the server was perfectly nice but our food took so long to get to table part of it was cold asked for omelet they left out avocado and put only a couple jalapeños in my omelet

Always full, but seldom wait for seating. Child friendly, food is IHOP, perfectly cooked, always way too surgery, even without syrup, but why else do we go there. Friendly and accommodating staff very present management in a good way.

From the time that you walk in the door, you are warmly greeted by the staff; they are very attentive. The food was properly prepared, and the restaurant was clean. I had a very pleasant experience at this location.

The servers at this location are by far the best of any IHOP I have ever been too. They are community figures at this point and know all the families that frequent this IHOP. It is always a delight to come back.

Really great food and staff. I tend to not go here on Sundays because the air and everything else gets really greasy because the kitchen is right near the seating.
