This place is the worst Waffle House I have ever visited!!!! This is the most racist Waffle House my family and I have ever visited. Upon walking into the establishment, we were not greeted by any of the white employees. It was such a coincidence that a white male entering the same as we were was greeted promptly with no problem. Now you tell me that this was not racist. After waiting for a while, we were greeted by the black woman who worked there. She was very bubbly and nice. It seemed as though she was there to interact with the black guests because none of the white employees interacted nicely with the black customers. Our waitress who was white, was very unpleasant and we could feel that we were unwanted there and that she disliked black people. When she bought out our silverware and drinks, she just slammed them on the table and walked away, saying nothing. This was the worst experience ever that I have experienced with racism in a restaurant environment. I am wondering how many other black people were treated this same way at this location. If there is anyone else who was treated this way, please come forward and report it to the BBB, Waffle House Corporate Office, and even the Media to expose the racism in this place. Never again will my family and I visit this place!!!!!!!

I am being generous with my stars because I think it may just have been an off day. First, to my waitress, I hope your day is getting better. I felt forgiving because it seemed like you may have been distracted. Our food was super cold and I sat there staring at my waffle for over 5 minutes. When I asked you for my waffle and saw you grab the one that had been sitting there, I asked you for a new one. I am pregnant and the whole reason we had come and dined in was my craving for a HOA crispy waffle with melted butter. I ate the cold eggs and grits but wasnt willing to settle on the waffle. Instead of just helping me out you told me it was hot and had me touch the plate before you walked away. My cousin saw me start to tear up so she told you dont worry about it. I was so upset but I know it was mostly hormones so I just wanted to pay and leave. The waitress that checked me out though? Worst attitude ever. Didnt say a word to me or look me in the eye. Rolled her eyes and smacked her lips. If her wasnt for her nastiness, I wouldnt have felt the need to leave a review at all. So all in all, the only reason I gave three stars is I feel like our waitress has something else going on in her life that is causing her stress or pain. Otherwise it would have been one star.

By far the worst waffle house Ive ever been to. First of all I placed my order over the phone. After I got in there I had to wait an extra 25 minutes before my food was ready. They only had one cook and at least three families were seated waiting patiently for their food. They had all the orders mixed up or wrong. They never did tell me that its gonna be a lil while longer on the food. I wish they had the old cooks and servers back there before they renovated. I use to love that place but this was my second time getting my food late. NEVER AGAIN!

After waiting for 45 minutes my wife and I got a cup of coffee and watched as other people who came in after us got served. When our food, or part of it, was finally ready to come out our waitress gave our food away because another waitress said she needed it. I know they were not aware that I was paying attention to their actions but after 30 minutes I was beginning to get upset. I have been eating in Waffle Houses for years and this is the worst time I have ever had. Good food fast? Not in this place!!!

I placed a phone order on Fathers day morning. They said it would be ready in 10 minutes. I arrived at 25 minutes later went to the counter and gave my mame. My order was lost. My order was taken again and I waited 45 minutes and was told they never recieved my order with an attitude, but I could place another order. I said no thank you and left the store. The 1 star is for the kindness shown by the resturants hostess throughout the ordeal. Horrible experience!

I am very. Upset. The. Server has long. Pink and white finger They are so long. I Scared !! I am sure that food get trap under them ,she told me. That. She lost stone. That were on her nails before I hope it wasnt in the waffle batter or in the food at all , and she slow. With. Bring my order and it was wrong . Waffle Burnt be careful eating here

The very worst service I have ever received at any restaurant in my entire life. I have never seen a group of 5 waitresses work so hard at not looking at a person. I stood at the counter in front of the register for over 6 minutes before I finally yelled, "Would someone please take my order". That was our last trip to that Waffle House.

We enjoyed our burgers and cheese steaks. The cooks ran a tight ship and were in a good mood singing and cracking jokes. Great service from our waitress. The A/C worked great!
