Placed an order with Paneras the night before and paid for it. To only be told 10 minutes prior to delivery that they were out of bagels. In a panic, I remembered that there was an Einsteins across the street. I was able to stop in and received fast service. The bagels and smear was extremely fresh. Although Paneras is right outside my job, I now take my business to Einsteins Bagels.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Its the most convenient one to my new home and the service is terrible. They have gotten my orders wrong EVERY time I have been there. Although the staff is friendly they obviously do not know how to do their jobs. Extremely frustrated and unhappy with our experience with this location. Roswell Road location 100% better.

Fresh bagels served daily! The barrel sandwiches are great but I usually default to the pizza bagel. The coffee is delicious as well. Take home a variety of cream cheese "shmears" and bagels as well as a little doggie bagel for your pooch. Closes early bc they are up making bagels early; about 5 I think.

Its alright. Bagels are okay. THEY DONT BOIL THEIR BAGELS, SO THE BAGELS ARE NOT AS GOOD AS BACK UP NORTH. Good selection of cream cheeses. Coffee is damn good. Sandwiches are fine. Like to get the cream cheese & lox platter, but have to remind them NO CAPERS.

Horrible! No one greats you when you walk in, always messing up orders. Only two people in the store ordering and still took 10 minutes to make a bagel with cream cheese. No one speaks to you or looks at you. I love Einstein bagels but this location sucks

Bagels, yes - very good bagels. They are quick, maybe even faster than fast food. Good coffee, always filled and ready. But the real secret of this place is the yogurt parfait full of fruit, yummy yogurt and granola makes one of my favorite breakfasts.

They were out of cheddar cheese at 8am in the morning, therefore I asked for NO CHEESE ON MY BAGEL , there was a hair on my turkey sausage and egg white bagel and guess what else?? Pepper jack cheese! Smh they have 1 job!

Nova lox on everything bagel is always a tasty treat. Wife had the artichoke chicken and kid had the Hebrew National dog. Everyone was pleased with their selections. Staff was courteous and friendly. Restroom was ehhh.

Food was good..but the store was coming apart at the seams... some of the coffee dispensers didnt work..and the front door came clear off the post and wouldnt work.. worst Einstein Bros I ever been to..

Sandwiches are good but this place is historically slow. It does not matter if there are two customers or ten. I hate that we dont have a better sandwich option with a drive through in the vicinity.
