On 1/13/16 I ordered a big box deal and mozzarella sticks to be delivered at 7:16pm. At 7:40pm I called to check the status of my delivery. I was informed that they were low on drivers and my order would be the next delivery out. I mentioned not wanting cold pizza, so I was told they would remake my order to confirm that it would be hot upon delivery. Finally, the delivery driver shows up at 8:15 with COLD pizza and NO mozzarella sticks. I phoned to the restaurant where the employee on the phone stated that they would redeliver my order tomorrow (1/14/16). Today 1/14/16 4:42pm I phoned in to reorder my food from yesterday. After about 10 minutes speaking to two different women my order was placed. My order was delivered at 6:05pm and they FORGOT the Mozzarella sticks AGAIN. I want Pizza Hut on Holcomb Bridge to focus more on accuracy of a order and customer service. I understand that my $32.08 may not be a lot of money to this restaurant, but, I would like to have EVERYTHING that I paid for in a timely manner.

Ordered at 6:33. Still not here at 8:21. I called at 7:50 and was told my order was leaving next. Now I have to call back if it ever comes to get a credit. I never got the credit I was owed months ago. I recommend paying cash. Edit: At 8:30, I called back and they said they never made the order. Computer issues and short- staffed they said. It was never coming even though it was "next to leave" at 7:50. I cancelled and called Papa Johns who came 30 minutes later. I better have a refund by morning. I will never order from them again.

Avoid delivery from here. Had them say on the phone that the came to the house I was sitting next to the door with two dogs all night they never came. The driver admitted when he finally arrived that it was his first time to the house. I understand that a driver can be new and that people make mistakes but I do not understand lying to a customer about being at their house with you went to the wrong place and not even offer a comp ect.

I walked in and ordered my food. The worker writes it down and proceeds to joke around with coworkers instead of entering it or starting it. Im literally waiting for my pizza right now and I see no workers wearing gloves.... um..... there are 4 people here. What looks to be the manager is not very polite. He is also not wearing gloves. Nasty. This is why I order dominos.

I hadnt been to a pizza hut in a long time but I had a late Friday afternoon craving for their cheese sticks. So I ordered online and picked them up on my way home. The staff was very polite and friendly. On top of that my food was excellent compared to the pizza huts I had been too in the past.

They arrived 90 minutes later than promised. Lied when we called after 30 minutes late saying the driver was on our street. Called back an hour later and informed us the driver didnt leave yet. Pizza was cold but they said we would be charged half. It wouldve been great if warm. You decide.

Nobody picked up at the store, so I received someone at their regional call center. She places me on hold for 5 mins and then proceeds to say they dont deliver to my house. Their location is 0.2 miles from my house.. Amazon, please take this business over too!

Horrible!!!! Avoid delivery from this place .I order ar 8:15 it just arrived 10:00 . I called many times and they sent me to a call center where they didnt even saw my order.
