This place is a joke! They treat you like crap. They want you out before you come in! They bag all the orders like your not welcome to stay. The restaurant is so cold it is uncomfortable to stay. Although if you leave you better double check your order because everytime I come here something is wrong! Food missing or really old! Personally I think the Health Department needs to do a visit too! This place is always nasty! To top it off they keep the hot food in plastic to go bags in metal pans which gives it a funny taste and I dont think is exactly healthy. Definitely need to make that call

Been here a few times. Orders have always been right, but quality is poor. The MAJORITY of times I have ordered here my tacos have been wet. Not soggy, but leaking on my pants wet. Service isnt bad, but could be better. I work between this Taco Bell and the one located at 5460 Peachtree Pkwy, Peachtree Corners, GA 30092. If you have the option, go to the latter. Prices are slightly higher than normal, but I have never seen a better Taco Bell.

Most incompetent people I have ever seen. Screwed up order twice. KFC for lunch I ordered chicken fingers. Get back to the office and I have chicken sandwiches. Dinner on way home I order two chalupa supremes with chicken. 10min down the road I look in bag and have 1 ice cold chalupa supreme and no napkins or anything. Just 1 taco in a brown bag that probably had been sitting for hours. Just lazy ass people, plain and simple.

Perfectly fine. Other reviews mentioned the place being dirty but on my visit today it looks fine. Their inspection score is 90. Im one of the pickiest people when it comes to cleanliness in restaurants and I dont see anything out of the ordinary here. Its just after lunch rush and a guy is cleaning the dining room as I write this. My order is good, correct, and only took a couple minutes.

First they messed up my order and when I got home all the tacos were mushy and smashed. When I went back they couldnt refund my money since I didnt bring my card with me . They offered to remake my order and I agreed even though I would have preferred my money back. Got home and they shorted my order. This place is a good place if you are in a hurry and dont care what your food looks like .

Its Taco Bell/KFC... GREAT BASIC MEALS! I am no foodie, lets be clear. But a quick meal of Tacos or Chicken is part of my weekly pattern. The staff have changed occassionally but the management has been great about keeping customers happy when they know of an issue and the actively i teract with people everytime i visit. For a quick bite they are top notch at this store.

Second time messing up. I will not spend my money there ever again. I order everything no lettuce with extra cheese. I get home and i have no extra cheese and lettuce trash it went. I just tired to eat there again after the first major incident. Guess once they mess up just leave it like that. I will never visit this toco bell or any other for this matter.

Just went through the drive-thru and ordered two empenadas. One had no filling in it whatsoever. I called the restaurant and was told that they dont add the filling, they just fry them so is not their mistake. Ok...that doesnt help me! Its certainly not my mistake. They autos be more proactive about helping customers with issues.

So about 2-3 years ago I went to get some kfc chicken here. When I got home and I started eating I felt and tasted something weird. I looked at the chicken and it wasnt cooked all the way! It looked a nasty juicy and it was just gross. I almost threw up. Since then I have never been back to a taco bell/kfc.

Terrible. Ordered some items from drive thru, cashier was Mike. Asked for taco add sour cream. Recieved a taco with no sour cream , but tomatoes. Asked for order of cheese nachos, with nacho cheese on the side, recieved a cup of cheese with no tortilla chips. Wont be going back. Awful!

You have closing hours for a reason ! Theres no reason why you should always be closing 45 minutes earlier than your posted close time . Thats unprofessional . Stay open until advertised or change your advertisement .
