Chi fil a was my #2 restaurant, but recently I changed my mind. The company has a promotion going on at the moment. When you make a purchase at Kroger at the back of the receipt it says (a free sandwich with the purchase of a large meal. On two occasions I made purchases of either one or two meals (I also gave the receipt with the promotional add at the back) with the expectation of one or two extra sandwiches. When I checked my receipt, payment for the (promotion) sandwiches were taken out, although it should have been free. Yesterday, 11/19, my family and I made a purchase of two large meals and gave the receipt from Kroger with the promotion. It was the same process. Please DOUBLE CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS. It is not a problem paying for the sandwiches, but if there is a promotion and we present within the time frame, then we are entitled to the promotion. This happened at the chik fil a on Memorial Drive

Chick-fil-A is the best at quick service dining. I dont call it "fast food" because there are people who come around to offer drink refills, condiments and even tray removal. You certainly wont see that in a Burger King or a McDonalds! Food quality is always delicious. They take time to make sure your meal is prepared as you requested and rarely make errors. The staff has always been friendly to me and it doesnt matter the shift; the attitudes are consistently even keeled and helpful. Drive through is a bit slower then some Chick-fil-As but I cant ding them a star for that because there is next to NOTHING on Memorial Drive anymore! So, its reasonable to understand why this Chick-fil-A is busier than most even during "off" times like 3pm or 8pm.

My go-to Chick-fil-A bc its the closest. However my las experience was very distasteful by an employee name Vlad. I was dining in and receiving food from the counter from a young lady. She tells me to wait at the register so she can make my milkshake. Meanwhile maybe 2 people walk in, and Vlad walks up to her register and logs her off and says next person, and gives me that "move" look. Idk why he could even use the other registers? Or why I didnt get serviced from my seat? So many things wrong, I just hope I dont see him again. #Avoid #rude

Customer Service is more important to me than quality of food and the price. A warm, friendly, respectful attitude, service with a smile, is what I lived by all these years working in the Customer Service, and this particular location gave me Exactly that. I was Amazed. No fast talking, potty mouth, young adult having me wait until they get done with their conversation going on. Just fast courteous service, thanking me, and Blessing me as I departed. Now, That is how you Serve your community. GREAT JOB

I try not to be too hard on fast food places but Im disappointed in this chic fil a for simply not following directions or living up to a simple word. I asked specifically and was asked by the cashier at the window to have a fresh order. I had to pull up and wait additional time to only pull up and bite into hard and room temperature nuggets! The only thing fresh was the fries. Never coming back.

I work at a Chick-fil-A in a different state & came here while on the road. I am HIGHLY disappointed with the service. Staff could have been more polite, the restroom was not clean (and no one went to clean it once they were informed), my salad dressings were not cold (they were sitting on the countertop), the cashier didnt know how to ring up my food, and once I got my food it wasnt correct.

Visited twice in three weeks with poor service and product availability. No market fresh salad, and no grilled chicken. No lemonade either on one of those visits. Cashier mentioned running out of grilled chicken repeatedly on SATURDAYS. If they know of a trend like that and dont make adjustments, it speaks to poor management. We plan to use another location going forward.

I love cfa. No matter what. They are always friendly & have great customer service! I usually eat here more than the average person should. Lol But I stop by on my way to work in the mornings. I usually get there as theyre opening & even though its super early, they are all still very friendly! &They always have up beautiful decorations for every season or holiday :)

I go to this location everyday monday-friday today was the worst I order my regular #1 breakfast lemonade no ice hash browns well done my hash had soooooooooo much grease on them the container opened at the bottom my chicken biscuit was old and dry not sure what happened this morning but thats not cool I am very upset I couldnt eat my breakfast

Customer service was horrible ! I waited on my food for 15 minutes and it was for dine in ! The manager didnt say anything ! My sandwich was cold and she only gave me fresh fries ! Ill never come to this location again ! George didnt ask for my name when he took my order and he was rude

The customer service in this Chick fil A is amazing. Super nice staff. Always a welcoming smile. If your order will take more than 3 min to get to you, they will offer to bring it to you at your table. This restaurant is always clean, and the food is always right.

Very fast, but sandwich ordered had pickles on it. Gave it back to them and received a new sandwich in which they just took the pickles off and the bread was still stained with pickle juice. I can taste the shortcut you took and I do not like it.

The service is good and fast. Whenever they make mistakes they are polite and quick to fix it or make up for it. The place is a little ghetto but the service is 5 stars so its worth it. The food is good and the milkshakes are always great

I frequent this place once every two weeks. The staff knows some signs and they are always helpful! You have to come at the "right" time because it can become crowded quickly during lunch hour or after school hours.

I LOVE Chi-Fil-A but I dont care for this location. They always hassle me about my ID when I use my debit card. Plus they had a promotion where a reciept was needed for a future discount. Guess what....no reciept.

The staff was OK the frosted lemonade that was made for me was pretty nasty it tasted like water with ice cream and I called back to see if they could really do it but they just kept me on hold a a good while.

It was okay though I dont really rate chick a fila because those sold me raw chicken nuggets for my son which is 4 and autistic they said they would refund money never did. Good thing he has the texture issue!
