I am so sick of waiting in a LONG LINE for crappy service.! You would think since its so busy the food would be FRESH! My order was completely wrong the food was cold, the biscuit was hard the only thing good was the tea. Sad but I asked for corn and mashed potatoes and I got fries.. and no corn on the cob. Seriously??? What do people take orders for? Then they have the nerve to repeat it back to you smh. If more time was spent on customers and NOT socializing and being unprofessional then perhaps the service would be better and there would actually be a reason for the line to be as long as it is. To make matters worse... I called to speak with a manager and got voicemail. I cant stand Popeyes on this side of town its always something. Stop hiring irresponsible employees!!! They dont care and it shows. #pissedoffandstillhungry

I went inside the store because the drive through line is ALWAYS long .I ordered a three piece, dark meat, with green beans .I get home and find two pieces of broken chicken wings (not even the whole wing), a thigh and mashed potatoes with gravy .I guess getting ONE out of three is good, right?? I called the store and they told me without the recent they cant do anything. I understand that people may have tried to take advantage of the system before, but what happened to customer service or the customer is always right? This is the THIRD time they have messed up my order and I will NOT be going back to the Panola Road restaurant.

Ive been coming to this location for a year now and not 1 time have i been able to get exactly what i paid for. They are always out of spicy chicken which i thought was their number 1 item. How can you run low? Or they will do the bait and switch. Luckily i now know where the spicy is located on the rack. Sad that a customer has to learn their system and its always chaotic behind the counter. 3 people packing the sane order. But i love video taping them. Minimum wage or 15 and hour? Min wage for minimum wage service.

I love Popeyes the place is nice and clean and I like when you purchase something you can hold on to your receipt and you can call in on a survey and after that you wait 2 to 3 days you can purchase a large drink with your receipt ticket and you will get a two piece or chicken with a biscuit absolutely free and you cant beat that with a baseball bat Im just saying and you got to love it and Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and most of all be safe everybody with love peace and soul!

Popeyes on Panola Road is one of the best Popeyes franchises in the Atlanta Metro Area. The food is great, the restaurant is always clean, and the customer service is wonderful. Although they are usually busy, they make sure that the customers are greeted with a friendly smile. I also notice that their restaurant grade is a 98 A. Therefore, Im not the only person that recognize how well this restaurant is ran. This Popeyes is in the hood in case you didnt know. Very pleased!!!

they need to get a better staff or something. Drive thru wraps around twice at times. Why they so slow, they cookin up the chicken fresh out the farm or what? lol lol the food is AWESOME ($5 Bonifa Box all the time) dont get me wrong. They just take FOREVERRRR!!! cmon popeyes really? you got plenty of money to invest into your staff or your real estate. You could even put two drive-thrus or expand your store. Chick-Fil-A is killing your speed and customer service.

The food at this location is great. All you have to do to enjoy it is put up with the employees being to busy yapping with each other to do their jobs. Off duty employees stand at the counter yapping and STAY in the customers way. They dont care one bit about getting the orders right, and non-black customers have to deal with some obvious RACISM. A word of advice, avoid this exit completely, it is gang/ghetto and very dangerous at night.

They are always busy so your chicken is hot thats the only plus. No matter what you get at this location you better check it. They wont give you all your food ever! Or you will get a entire box of wings or legs because they ran out and did not tell you but just wanted to get you away from the window. They wont give you any biscuits or you will be missing a side item or the wrong side.

One person made my experience absolutley aWesome........... Dottia. I think shes new but she did drive-thru. And i came to the window she greeted me asked for my order in a very respectful way. She laughed and joked around a bit which really made my day. I was having a bad day and she really made my day. Chicken was great fully cooked and fresh!!

Although they were in their rush hour and hopping I noticed how clean, efficient they were. Even professionally handled a disgruntled customer with ease. A bonus was the Food.... Perfectly crispy and flavorful without being overdone as is the car with a lot of other location in their busy time. This location rocks

The manager was not pleasant or a good leader. Her staff fell apart and she did not step up. The chicken was so small. Irders were mixed up and the lobby was full of people waiting on chicken. Security was in the corner chilling unaware of anything going on in the store. It was just a awful experience!

I asked for all wingettes and even confirmed with the guy after waiting for a bit. He seemed a bit confused. How do you have an advertisement of a product saying wingettes and drumettes but do not know which is which? Other than that its not anymore spicy that their spicy chicken.

I agree with a few of the reviews, the service is slow, but the food is always fresh and hot.I can not say the same for the Wesley Chapel location. So you have to decide which you want. You can always find something interesting on your phone while you wait.

Today was the 2nd time my husband and I came through the drive-through. The 2nd time we did not get what we paid for. I will be taki g my receipt back for a refund. We will NEVER go back to this location. We will ask our friends to do the same.

Horrible service. Thought I was waiting on the cajun fries to finish, turns out they forgot my order so it took me 20 min for a 3pc combo. Only reason I didnt ask for a refund was because the cashier was really, really cute.

Drive thru SLOW waited in line for 45 minutes NO EXAGGERATION! Then they started sending the staff home you wouldnt even think it was that many people in the store but 5 employees came out the door and went home!

i was on the road all day and i saw the lights, and i had to have me some popeyes. this is the only fast food chicken i eat, as always popeyes did not disappoint. it was great.
