Worst service in the world. While I was waiting to order the Manager /gm yelled at her employees cause there was no gravy. A customer came in that Had just went through drive-through because they forgot to put his pot pie in his order She yelled at her employees for that. They messed up my order a few weeks ago and the gm/ Manager wrote it down had the book it was in but still refused to give me my food they had left out of my family box from the last time because I didnt have my receipt on me. I told her I would pull up my bank statement and show her id to prove I payed for it. I was even ordering dinner for my family again I just wanted the chicken they left out. She is the worst manager/gm she has no customer service and is rude to her staff. Im sure the turnover rate there is horrible because no one wants to work for a person like that. I will never go there again unless they replace her.

We went through the drive through and basically got shafted! The popcorn chicken, Nashville hot chicken and potatoe wedges were stale and had an awful after taste...almost like the oil they used to fry had not been changed in days...we were robbed of the mashed potatoe and sauce! Me and my wife were in Nashville a few days earlier and got the freshest popcorn chicken and potatoe wedges!!! The staff here needs to be either re-trained or fired; they basically cannot provide any food or service that should live up to the KFC name...we will never be back!!

Long wait, with no where to form a line, tight squeeze for two cars. We waited no less then 15 minutes for our simple food order, which was over priced, for the below average quality for the majority of the meal. Not only with the rude service, mediocre food, and long wait, they were out of most of the drinks, and they forgot our straws. the soul redeeming factor for them was their apple turnovers. the only thing worth going to this KFC for. If it is good chicken you are wishing to eat, find another location or go to a Chick-fil-a

long wait w/ nowhere for a line to form, bottleneck at the front door, drove 10 miles to use a coupon then got home to find they left out the mashed potatoes w/ gravy. The green beans tasted like rancid dehydrated onions, the mac and cheese tasted like sweet paprika (I liked but my wife didnt). An employee came to the register to clock out, his arms covered with ringworm. Another lady had to return from the drive thru to get an order corrected. I recommend eating elsewhere. I do miss the Colonel, shame on you Yum! Brands, Inc.!

They didnt have the right amount of chicken so they had to substitute some pieces. The kid was new so he had no clue what to do. He was friendly and really tried to help us. They forgot part of the order. Every time we go there, they have screwed up our order.

Went today right at noon, four cars ahead of me, two with large orders, took only 8 minutes from the time I pulled into their drive through. Great job! Great food! They deserve more credit than other reviews would led you to believe

Customer service seems non existing at this establishment. Workers behave as if you are begging them to take your order as if you disturb them from there conversation. Workers were in the front using foul language in front of kids.

Went there on july 4th around 6 or 7 some guy with glasses on was the was so rude got into it with him he pulled a gun no lie we called the cops by the time they came he hid it this guy had anger issues

For $13.99 I received 8 of the most awful pieces of chicken. Small and looked like one piece had been pulled apart! !! Horrible! ! That wasnt even with sides!! I wish I had read the reviews first.

Very good experience. Friendly staff and awesome food. I have been here several times before and had to wait for 25+ minutes for our food, but our food made it out in only 5 minutes today. Well done.
