I suggest you go elsewhere. One of the worst dining experiences Ive ever had. I normally hate leaving bad reviews and certainly do not do it easily, but this is an absolute necessity. 3 of us went for lunch, upon ordering, we received the wrong iced coffee (a more expensive coffee), which fine, ok isnt that big of a deal. But then, when ordering our meals, I tried to order the gluten free parmesan garlic fries listed on their gluten free menu, which I had to physically show her because she insisted they did not carry such an item. When we received said fries as an Appetizer, there were literally less than 10 fries, no garlic and maybe 1/16th teaspoon of parmesan. When the salad arrived, we had to ask for a new salad plate 4 times. Each time the replacement plate came back with even more told spaghetti, pieces of lettuce, and old salad dressing than the last. After we finally got our food (almost an hour from ordering to eating) the eggplant parm sandwich was so old and dry it made my dining partner physically Ill. My gluten free pasta was half cooked and cold, and the stuffed shells that had brought us there for a mothers day celebration were not only cold, but looked and tasted as if they had been heated in a microwave and were somehow crunchy. The waitress tried to say that my mother had never had these shells before when she tried to explain how they were different than the last time she was there, we then had go explain again that those very shells, that my mother had so enjoyed the week before were what brought us there, so yes, she did indeed have them before. I tried to power through my meal, for fear of what would happen to it if I sent anything else back after 4 times already. We then expressed out displeasure (the 2 of us, as our dining partner was still in the bathroom being sick from the old, dried and extremely disgusting eggplant parm) to which she offer the management and we accepted. The management apologized, said no, that wasnt microwaved, no one would have tampered with my meal, as theyre the "largest restaurant corporation in the world and have the strictest standards". He said more a about that than actually trying to make the many, many MANY issues right. He said sorry for the experience and said theyd "like to make it right", asking if we wanted to have anything remade, to which I wasnt interested, but I wanted my mother to enjoy the meal we went there for and said we would accept a remake of her stuffed shells to go as wed already been there over an hour. Their definition of "making it right" was removing my pasta and the vomit inducing eggplant from the bill, the rest of the meal was still left to be paid for. Had we known that making it right applied meant making the meal correctly, not refunding the many other problems, we most definitely wouldnt have gotten another made. I and my 2 other dining partners will never, EVER be going back and I HIGHLY suggest you look elsewhere for your fast food Italian needs.

I gave this 5 stars for the carry out and the carry out only. The carry out is amazing! Its so easy to order online and you can put in the time you want to pick up. They package your food perfectly with the most durable food containers I have ever seen for carry out. You can order anything you want off the full menu and you can order extra bread sticks because lets face it thats why we all love Olive garden so much. You also get the soup or salad that comes with your meal. Like I said the packaging is phenomenal so do not worry a bit about your soup spilling! After the horrible experiences we have had dining in, we ONLY do carry out here. I do not think their staff is ever capable enough for handling how busy it gets here. And it gets busy. So busy its a treasure hunt for a parking spot and the wait is too long for a seat once you hike it from wherever you could snag a spot. Usually in the church parking lot next door. There was a waitress we had that told us they had no type of cheese sticks on the menu yet the table across from us was delivered an order of cheese sticks. She was not a new waitress there yet did not know her own employers menu. After waiting 45 minutes for our appetizer, we walked out. It was during lunch time and not busy at all. So 45 minutes for an appetizer scared me. I wouldnt have eaten it even if it did come ( what the hell were they doing back there!) So unless you enjoy spending your evening waiting 2-3 hours for your food just order carry out and get better quality and enjoy it in the comfort of your own home!

The atmosphere was quiet and humbling. the architecture of the building is beautiful, it makes you feel like you are in a very high-end establishment. The service was wonderful our server was attentive and make sure that our drinks are always full and he was very suggestive. We ordered an abundance of food like we always do when we are at Olive Garden. we started with soups and salad and appetizers . soups were piping hot and the salad was delicious. we had muscles, calamari, and chicken piadina for appetizers. Each one unique in its own way. The starters came out wonderful. The piadina is an Italian version of a chicken quesadilla stuffed with spinach in mozzarella cheese grilled to perfection. The calamari was lightly fried to perfection in came with a spicy white sauce and a marinara. The mussels came in a white wine basil pesto tomato garlic sauce with two pieces of garlic bread the app was completely magnificent. My wife ordered the fan favorite for an entree which had tortellini chicken parmesan and alfredo fettuccine she was so full from the soups salads and appetizers that she barely got to eat any of her meal. From what she had tasted of it she had enjoyed. I ordered the shrimp fettuccine alfredo it was exquisite creamy and tons of sauce. I might add that the garlic bread that came with the muscles was the best garlic bread Ive ever had thank you all of garden for an Exquisite time! Chef Bell

Wow...I am very disappointed in this local establishment. 2 weeks ago I placed a to go order like we have done numerous times because we eat at this location very frequently...its only 1 mile from our house. Needless to say, got home and one of the dishes was prepared incorrectly and items missing. I called back and was put in touch with someone (supposedly a manager) who offered gift card and if I came back would remake my order (which Im told is not really policy) but I considered that a good will gesture to a frequent customer. Told him I couldnt come at this time so he told me when I could make it back to ask for him and he would fix it. Went in last week to get more food and asked for him but was told he wasnt in...ok figured Id wait. Just called a few minutes ago to try to get that order remade and the manager I talked to basically told me there was nothing they could do. Asserted himself as one of the main or head managers there and said they would not and could not make my order right. I even kept the receipt and everything. Olive Garden....when we come here my family of 5 always spends like $50 plus and you can take the initiative to make a $15 order right for a frequent customer??? Things like this is why your company is struggling to keep up in the chain wars. A little customer service goes a long way. You just lost a very long time and faithful customer. Such a shame that it could have been fixed for so cheap. Well....Carrabbas is closer....
