Im usually a big fan of 5 guys, however this was my 5th visit this in about a year. I Love the burgers always perfect. Weather we order on line or a counter they always get it wrong and I have to drive back there or call. When I brought up my frustration to one of the managers she said sorry shed have to take it it up with district. I asked her for the number after 10 minutes she came with Tonys number. She said call he answer right away. He did not I left a message. No reply. No worries. My kids and famy will still get 5 guys burgers... but, Im not, nor am I going back or picking them up. Also there were peanut shells in my shake to go. Good bye.

Experience was okay been several times but didnt know they closed for repairs,improvement,upgrade building,etc not sure but went on Wednesday with my son to get a Burger to only find out they were closed and will reopen on Friday November 18,2016,so we went today wanting Five Guys and what do you know they were still CLOSED!!!TAKE THE SIGN DOWN AND PUT A DEFINITE OPENING DATE BECAUSE MY SON AND I WERE AND STILL IS DISAPPOINTED!

You just cant beat Five Guys for a great burger and fries. I first had Five Guys in 1996 when I was living in Virginia; a friend took me to the Original location. For years northern VA was the only place to find Five Guys, lucky for the rest of the US they have now spread across the US so everyone can enjoy it! They have a simple storefront and they keep their quality up by staying simple.

Delicious burgers, never frozen and made how you like it... I like hearing where they got their potatoes from that week and counting how many guys are actually working that night just for fun. Btw... I caught you training a sixth guy... Dont know how I feel about that ;) Maybe your name should be "Five Guys - Most of the time" lol jk. Keep that good quality going!

To start one of the soda machines smells like sewage as if its never been cleaned. Even after reporting to management the machine was only unplugged for the day and not even cleaned, back up and running the next day like i never said anything. Not to mention the soda machine is out of pop every day at 3:30 only having one or two available drinks.

Normally not bad. I dont go to this location often. Went today and ordered a bacon cheeseburger. Whats missing? THE BACON!! Not to mention the other burger I got for my family member had jalapenos on it when they didnt order it. What if they were allergic!? This place needs to pay more attention or someone needs to get fired.

Still my favorite burger place in town. You cant beat getting a double cheeseburger with the works and have it fall apart in your hands while enjoying the bag full of fries. Fresh ingredients, fun atmosphere, large drink selection, and just plain amazing burgers make this place great.

Teller had a scowl. One drink machine out of ice and vanilla coke. Other drink machine overloaded the ice so that there was ice all over the floor. Vanilla Coke didnt taste like any vanilla added. The plain hamburger had cheese instead of being a plain hamburger. Very disappointed.

MUCH better experience here than I had back in October. Food was great as always buy employees were all very nice this time. Glad I gave them a second chance. Would be 5 star rating but 14$ for one person lunch is a little much. But oh well at least its good!

Theyre staff are very friendly and the food gets made quickly. Although their burgers are not cheap they still were delicious. The little cheeseburger taste like crispy chicken. I dont think it was supposed to be crispy but it was tasty especially for the kids

I was not overly impressed. The burgers were good and definitely way above Applebees quality but not as good in taste or value as Great Plains Burger. It was cluttered and messy in the dining area. I would not eat here again.

love 5 guys and I love working there we have a great staff and we have awesome regulars that come in . I love pleasing are customers and I absolutely love seeing customers walk out with a smile on their face

Pretty good burgers as usual. They did drown a burger in Mayo even when asked to go light on it, but other than that everything is great. Huge portions for fries, a small will feed 2 adults

I went to the one in ohio there burgers are fantasic but there fries are too plain u need to put your own seasoning to make it taste good but other than that it was good

Typical five guys. This one does serve shakes, some dont. Tables werent the cleanest. If youre getting fries order smaller than you think because they load you up.
