Boston Market is my wifes favorite, and we make a bit of a drive to get here; this is the closest location to the Ann Arbor/Ypsi area ever since the Boston Market on Washtenaw Ave. in Ann Arbor was replaced by a McDonalds eight years ago. The food and pricing are what youd expect from a Boston Market (and thats not bad), and the Saturday BOGO for buying two meals any other day of the week is quite a deal! The staff members here are always very friendly and efficient. For me, the only drawbacks are with the physical nature of the place. I dont know why the two central booths, which we preferred (and the only booths in the place for that matter), were dismantled a couple of months ago, with the seats put up against the south window; this makes the atmosphere of the place rather bland in my opinion. More seriously, though, it would REALLY help if the parking lot had direct access to Morton Taylor Rd.; theres even a driveway stub at the edge of the lot there that doesnt currently connect. (Will the new construction on the lot north of the restaurant change this?) As it is, the only access is to the perennially overcrowded Ford Rd., and leaving can be a bit of a challenge, even with a right turn sometimes, with a lot of traffic speedily and unexpectedly turning onto Ford from both directions of Morton Taylor. (A left is often virtually impossible!) UPDATE: When we went yesterday, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the restaurant now has nice new seating: four booths, high tables, traditional tables, and combo booth/table space. The driveway stub to the north now connects to a soon-to-be supermarket, but unfortunately, it still provides no access to the restaurant. Oh, well -- the four stars now become five!

Boston Market has long been a favorite Restaurant to EAT "INSIDE" or "TAKE OUT" - the food is delicious, hot & cooked well. Our Only complaint is the elimination of the Garlic Spinach! Staff was friendly , food was good and fresh, dining area was pretty cold , everyone dining in had their coats on. Not sure where ppl complaining about pricing are getting their prices from. I paid $8 for a three piece chicken with two sides, regular price.

Poor service. The cashier couldnt comprehend the reason why my husband was questioning our total (the coupon we handed her was never applied so we were questioning the total). The trash cans were overflowing & it wasnt even busy when we arrived.
