This Sonic continues to be the worst Sonic I have ever been to. Today, the drive thru had a sign stating "drive thru not working, pull to window." I did. With the length of time it took for the customer in front of me, you would have thought she ordered one of everything from the menu but she got a drink and a small bag. I pulled up to a person not wearing a uniform, hair all over his head (in food service), and was told "we only take debit/credit cards." No reason, no apology no nothing. I asked "what if I have exact change?" He agreed. I then orderd a sweet tea and was told, "it will take at least 4 minutes cause we have to make it. We opened late cause somebody didnt close right." I understand problems, but its now an hour and 45 minutes from their opening time when I came thru so where was the maanger, how long does it take to fix a closing problem, why havent things been prepped in an hour and 45 minutes? No explanation, again, no apology no nothing. I left and hope to never be back. I rather pay more for a drink or food than continue to give my money to a business that does not care about their customers. Sad because with as much as I love Sonic and spend there I should own stock in the company but it wont be at this location. I will give my money to a Sonic that wants my business.

Went to this sonic... horrible! It doesnt even deserve ONE star! Extremely slow and when the girl took the order, she spoke so fast we had to ask her to repeat what she said to which she continued to speak just as fast... said it would take 4 1/2 min for a corn dog...sat for 20 min before getting said corn dog that we previously paid for... every time we tried to speak to the girl, she would just close the window... waited 30 min before we even had our food... to which it was still wrong and even the burger we ordered was extremely burnt and DRY!!! this place sucks horribly and we will never go back! Everyone needs to be fired and new, less rude people who actually have customer service experience, need to be hired!

It is utterly ridiculous that consistently for at least the past three years that I have visited the location that it takes AT LEAST 15 minutes to get my food after ordering. This is with only one car in front of me by the way. There have been multiple occasions where from the time I placed my order to the time that I received my food, it over thirty minutes. The staff is very poorly supervised and you can usually see the staff just goofing off inside, so it seriously made me question the quality of their food. Despite living a few minutes away and having loved the Sonic brand, this is one location that has lost more than just my service.

I called beforehand to ask if they honored a coupon that I received on my phone and was told yes. When I arrived at the Sonics in McDonough Georgia the drive through speaker was broken and many cars were driving away due to the extensive wait. I also waited and ordered a blast and master blade thinking it would be half off. Once I received my bill it was 10.14. I asked why would it be this much with my phone coupon and was told that they didnt honor it. I told the gentleman that I called before I came and was told by a young lady that yall did honor it. He said sorry but we dont. What kind of hot mess is this! I will not be back again!

Incredibly terrible customer service. The person who took my order was very rude. So I remained calm and kept my composure by just simply letting her take my order and drove off without taking their food or paying for anything. Number 1 I had what I wanted to order in mind, but she goes they ran out of a certain ingredient, Im like okay let me make another decision, the lady was very impatient with me. But Number 2 how can you be impatient with me when your facility is out of ingredients!!! How about inform me about this before I place my order. Will not return to this location!

Made a quick run to sonic just for some mozzarella sticks and their cheddar poppers during my lunch break. When I made my order the girl took forever to come to the intercom and when she finally did, she had a serious attitude. Not sure what was making her angry - the fact that I was bringing business to her or that she didnt want to work. Anyway, I cancelled my order and left. Dont you hate it when someone is nasty to you they end it with "God bless you and have a great day!" With such a bad attitude please just leave God out of it.

I only keep going back because it is the only location near me. The service is consistently slow. I waited 20 minutes for a milkshake and mozz sticks. Would have been longer if I hadnt asked the associate giving food to cars that arrived me. My milkshake is 90% of the time correct and delicious and I have had great chicken sandwiches from here but if you are in a rush or really hungry You will be disappointed

The service here is horrible. They are extra slow and take a ridiculously long time bringing out your food. I usually dont complain about how long a restaurant takes because I would like to think of myself as being a patient person. However, this store is ridiculously slow. The only thing that makes it worth it is that new chicken sandwich that they have. It is delicious!!!!! Thats why they got my two stars.

Service was awful, order was taken with an attitude, my entire order was wrong, my husband dont care and will never complain. After sending the last thing back the MOD(I guess) Demeatris (incorrect spelling) hand delivered a warm burger,correctly made. When I had him to feel the temp of it he wasnt satisfied and made things all better. He fixed it. Will return tomorrow

Food and slushies took entirely too long to come out. The food was cold and customer service completely sucked. This has to be the absolute worse sonic Ive ever been to. I dont recommend anyone coming to this location unyou have 45 extra minutes to sit around and wait for your food.

I return to get my sandwich that was received incorrectly last time that I ordered. I also ordered a medium slush. I expected to pay for the slush but instead they gave me 100% discount. Thank you I really appreciate the over and above customer service.

Worst fast food lunch Ive ever had. Burger dry and sloppy put together. Fries cold and hard. Drink machine broke... When bringing my food out, server was all over the place before bringing my food...I only live less than 3m away..sheesh..never again!!

Very clean and this location is probably new. They get 3 stars because there was NO ONE there not even 1 car and it took at least 10 minutes in the drive thru for them to make 4 slushies and 1 milkshake. Hopefully they will get better.

This place is too slow every time. It does not matter if you are the only customer or if 10 others are waiting, it will be at least a 30 minute wait. I must say however ; the car hops are always courteous and pleasant
