The staff in the front were all super helpful! & I love Chickfila so Ima little disappointed that we didnt have a good experience here. Unfortunately one of the hostess for the restaurant section ruined me and my moms first experience at this particular Chick-fil-A. It was our first time at a dwarf house so we really didnt know how it worked. Not even realizing that theres a restaurant section and self-serve section, after we ordered our food at the counter and we decided my mom will go find a seat while I wait for our drinks. She happened to sit in an open booth which little did we know happened to be apart of the restaurant section. After our food was brought to us and I was walking with our drinks back to the table my mom was sitting at, the hostess (older blonde lady) yelled from her hostess spot making an unnecessary scene in front of the whole section, repeating very loudly that the self-serve section is on the otherside of the restaurant and rudely mocking that that is why there is a sign stating Please Wait to be Seated to other customers as we picked up all our food and items and walked it to the "self-serve" side. Honestly, if we had known and seen it, we wouldnt have sat there & I wish she just kindly came over to us and told us this information instead of announcing loudly to the whole restaurant. A little disappointing for this type of event happening at a Chick-fil-A. Please either let people know that theres separate sections or keep someone at the hostess stand at all times to guide people to these sections kindly so this embarassing event wont happen to anyone else.

Frankly, Im a little surprised that this location has such glowing reviews. I LOVE Chick-fil-a, Dwarf House, Truetts, etc. I do service work so I drive all over metro Atlanta. I have eaten at dozens of Chick-fil-as, collectively, hundreds of times. This location, in my home town, is my least favorite location. It is an "old" location. By that, I simply mean it has been here for a very long time. It has a breakfast buffet which is unusual for any Chick-fil-a / Dwarf House. I just seem to have more bad experiences here than all the other Chick-fil-as Ive ever been to combined. Half of the staff is VERY good, working their tails off, doing an excellent job. That is the average CFA employee (which is a much higher caliber than any other in this class of restaurant). But the other half are very sub-par which is very unusual for CFA. More often than not I have a poor experience on the server side (slow, inattentive, poor service). On a regular basis I have issues on the self serve side. Its not unusual for me to have issues in the drive-thru (regular chicken sandwich in a spicy bag/box when I ordered spicy / Diet Coke when I ordered sweet tea type of issues). Its not a terrible restaurant. Even a bad CFA is better than the average competitor. Im just so tired of being disappointed at this location. The only time I go here anymore is when I feel extra relaxed or I just NEED some CFA NOW. And I expect to be disappointed.

I am a major fan of Chick fil a but I think tonights experience will keep me away. I dont care how busy they are half cooked food is NEVER acceptable. Well, it all began when I got home and began to eat. MAJOR NO NO Rule No#1 Always Always check your food. Well just as they were closing my daughter managed to catch them However Tim Williams who was asked by a chubby Mexican girl to handle the situation was not the least bit compassionate about the line service I had just encountered. Well lets just say my nuggets were not completely cook and some in which the coating was soft and slimey like. Salmonella waiting to manifest. When my daughter got there and asked could my meal be replaced we were told "Sorry, were closed" very nonchalantly. My daughter with receipt in hand is told there is nothing we can do. We all ready balanced our drawer. Really Sir! So Im suppose to accept this and not eat tonight and hope they fix it tomorrow. Way to go Chick fil a. Paul and Jim would not like this. I have my bank statements to show you just how much I come here and one night my food isnt correct I have to be treated in this manner. Dont get so busy that you cant fix a error. This Chick-fil-A is not the same great experience as all the rest. I have had to go back to this store several times for missing items and part of an order that was missing. I understand speed, but accuracy is very important. My last experience was just a few days ago......ordered two 4 strip tender meals, told them what kind of sauce we wanted and we get home no sauce, nothing. If you have two 4 strips tender meals, check to make sure sauce is in the bag. When I called to let them know, the young lady who answered the phone didnt seem very concerned. I am not sure what the training is like at this store, but all the rest of stores are excellent!

Its a real shame this chick fil a used to be a really good restraunt that was always friendly fast and never messed up an order. but over the past 2 years it has really gone down hill they always are messing up my order they are not as freindly any more just not to long ago i was there and the girl that im paying my money to acted real stuck up and snobby and was really rude to me when i pay her paycheck but no one seems to care. any ways long story short i used to eat there everyday now i will not be returning there anymore. i never thought it would come to that.

This Chic- Failure Sucks!!!!!! only 2 mins from home will go out of my way to another one!! FOOD. IS NEVER FRESH, LEAVE OUT PART OF YOUR ORDER, THIS MAKES 3 x Ive gotten terrible SERVICE IN 1 month, Use to have such Higher. Standards, MANAGER DOES NOT CARE!!!!! Every since Mr Cathy passed, Chic failure sucks! not all but MOST, THE MANAGERS DONT CARE ANYMORE, ALL CHIC FAI,URES. use to be Awesome ,now they hire Anybody, and it reflects their store weather you are owner or not, This store Chic -Failure is located hwy138 Stockbridge-Suck Service!!!!!

I had just left the Mt. Zion location after waiting for several minutes to have my order taken, as the driver and attendant were chatting in front of me. Got to Stockbridge location, my order was taken promptly within no more than 30 seconds, pulled up to the window got my food and even had about 5 cars in front of me from the start, still didnt take more than 3-4 minutes to get my food. I guess from now on Ill be driving one more exit south to Stockbridge! Excellent service and excellent food!

Best Chick-fil-a in Henry County! They are always SUPER busy (the drive through line is always wrapped around the side of the building) but are VERY efficient and able to move through the line quickly so it is worth the short wait. I have never had an incorrect order and come here at least 3 times a month. The staff are extremely friendly (as usual) and go above and beyond to help you have a good experience! I LOVE this location and choose to support them exclusively!
