I usually do not write reviews, but I read so many to determine if I am going to spend my money with a business or buy a product. I try not to hurt a business with reviews, because people tend to complain when the service or food is bad. I started going to Los Charros which is near my home years ago and the service and management was at its worst, so I stop going. Then a few years ago, I decided to give the restaurant a second chance and maybe after eating a few times with them and they kept screwing up I decided again to stop eating from them. Just recently maybe a few months ago I decided to give them a third chance and for a minute they were doing okay. There is this one red-hair young lady that when she worked I felt that my food would be correct and that was okay. She was very polite and sweet which made me feel comfortable about giving them the 3rd try although before her, they had screw up my food badly. Here is what made me truly decide to write this review, one night after a long day at work, I decided to go and get some food from Los Charros and after waiting for such a long time and I mean a really long time (several people had order food after me and received their food and had left, after I inquired about my food, one of the young waitress came and had the nerve to tell me that they have a lot of people to serve, now I had already paid for my food, so whomever else they had to serve I could have cared less, because I was a customer just like everyone else and I had already paid my money. over $40 dollars worth of food that day). I asked to speak to the manager, the manager Mr. Diego came and spoke to me and for a second I was calm, I check my bag and there was a few things missing, the young lady brought the missing items from my bag, but I am still heated because now I have been in this place for close to an hour and I am leaving out more tired and now angry. I finally leave and get home and find more things are still missing from my bag, so what do I do, I leave my house get in my car and go back to the restaurant and ask to speak to the manager again, Mr. Diego comes back to the front and ask me what is the problem this time, I explain to him that there are still somethings that are missing from my bag, the last words he said to me before I ask for my money back, was I thought you checked your bag, that had done it for me. I paid my money before my service was completely render and then after it was render, I was treated as if I had not paid them my hard earn money. Now I am not blaming them for my hard earn money being spent, but I am stating that it is that sort of service that makes me not want to spend my money with anyone and just cook my own food...lol...that is what I ended up doing. So I will never patronize Los Charros again...but for the lesson learned on how businesses see their customers I would like to say Thank you Los Charros, its staff and Mr. Diego for letting me know you do not care that much about the people that send money there, just more about the money you get there. Now I would have giving them a (-1) but you must give a star, but they are not worth the 1 star. Please understand it is not the food it is the service. I have had some bad food before and kept spending my money with the business, because the service was outstanding...

I am so very dissappointed with the service I received today. Not only did their staff treat my horribly but the manager was very rude. There was only one girl there that was helpful. When I got home there was a large piece of the ice cream machine in my cup of water when I took it back up to the restaurant I was accused of putting it in there myself. The manger proceeded to tell me that "the machine was made of plastic." Further more when I asked for his name he acted like he didnt want to spell it out for me and the young lady who was rude initially told me to get out the restaurant. I am in awe at how badly they treated me in this instance. They talked about me right in front of my face and then proceeded to talk about me in their native tongue. I love this restaurant but will not be going back to this location.

Visited this restaurant tonight and I must say I was impressed with the service. Our waitress name was Laura and she was the best. Very patient, knowledgeable and courteous you have to ask for her. On to the food, the Texas fajitas were hot and well portioned. The beans and rice were seasoned right. The shrimp tacos were juicy and they gave enough shrimp with the meal. Enjoyed the evening here, felt welcomed as if you were eating at a family members house. Will go back!!

Will never go back again!! They forgot about my order. By the time I got it home it was stone cold and tasted horrible. What a waste of money! Had to wait 40 minutes for an order that I called in and was told would be ready in 15 minutes. Never got an apology from anyone. The service SUCKS!!! I will tell everyone that I know to stay away from this place. They dont treat their customers the same. You have to be a certain color to be acknowledged and treated nicely.

Me and my friends we decide to eat some Mexican food, I suggested Frontera Mexican restaurant, they want to go to this place and I said okay let me try, the service is not good we always have to ask for chips and the waiter did not offer any cheese dip, the food make me sick definitely I will not going back to this place.

The food is excellent, the service is fast and friendly, and the drinks are made better than perfect. The bartenders there are very fun and energetic, they really keep you laughing, Ms. Dawn is the Bomb !! Best bartender in town !!!! Audrey is alot of fun to on Thirsty Thursday and Friday.

Had to wait a really long time to get my food. Turned out it went to a different table. This is a great place to go if you do not want authentic mexican food. The people of Conyers think it is great. They have no idea how bad it really is.

Bland salsa, equally bland server. She behaved lIke a spoiled teenager that was on punishment. Food was not prepared as ordered, tamale was dry, flavorless and stale. On a positive note, the restaurant smelled clean.

The staff, specifically Ana and Maria are amazing! Always ready to take care of my family for dinner! The food is good too. Eat here once a week. Trivia on Tuesday, Live music Friday and Saturday nights.

Really good food and pretty good service. This is my go to for mexican around here. My husband and I are new to the area and after trying out a couple different places, this is the one!
