My experience at the Krystal on Hwy 155 in McDonough, GA? I arrived at 11am today. The place was not very crowded - lunch rush hadnt started yet. At the drive-through, I ordered the Angus burger (#10 combo). I waited several extra minutes for: a burger patty that supposedly was made to order, but actually was cooked to shoe-leather consistency and was in several pieces. The bun was stale and chewy to the point that I couldnt eat more than three bites. The fries were unsalted and oily. The window attendant was overloud, kept interrupting while I tried to order, and kept calling me things like "sugar." Needless to say, I wont eat there again, and I urge anyone in this area of the world to do likewise. The food was so bad that the manager AND the cook should lose their jobs. Stale bread at 11am? REALLY? The attendant was so annoying that she should get the sack, too. I aint your sugar, and sweet-talking me cant cover up the fact that everything about your restaurant sucks pond scum.

Because they have had 2 can dine for 9.99 for a long time without a coupon.Ive been getting it of and on for months.It was always posted on their signs.Then tonight we came by the one in McDonough on155hwy and ordered it,paid and was told have a blessed night and then was told to hold on.The young girl working the drive through window ask if we had a coupon.We said no,weve been getting it without one and she told the manager and he said he didnt know and just let it go.They didnt ask for one until we paid and fixing to leave.So that is the first bad service we have had there.The girl kept chewing gum and just seemed to be not knowledgeable enough to be working there.She must have been new.Im sorry but we probably will not go there anymore.

I havent had the best service before but it seems like they have made a lot changes over the years. It was clean, the people were very friendly. I had a large complicated order so I went in to order. Everything from using a certain chili on the chili cheese fries to every group of Krystals being different... The definition of a complicated order. They were patient and helpful the whole time and the order came out right! The prep area was clean everyone had on gloves. The guy who I think was the manager was involved in the process. I was impressed. Which is why I felt the need to write a review!

I ordered a scrambler bowl with no cheese due to an allergy. When I got it it looked like there was no cheese but when I flipped the egg it was clear there had put cheese on it and then tried to take it off and then flip over the egg so it wouldnt show. When I went in to get it remade I was ignored at first and once they finally acknowledged me I was told they absolutely didnt put cheese on it..... untill I showed them the big glob of melted cheese I had pulled out from under the egg, I was then given the nastiest looks without an apology.

Usually i give good reviews but i have to say this is the nastiest place with most lazy @ss people i have ever seeen. Very rude also. It took them 45 mins to make me a 12 pack , and they forgot the cheese on them which i payed for. I went in side spoke to some hood rat who said he was a management. He told me they ran out of cheese and couldnt refund me. This place is worst fast food restaurant on earth.

Worst place ever. Something was foul in my burger put in it by the disgusting jealous Employees. Hate your job so much that you put foreign object in food. I tasted the foul grease or whatever dirty they smear on my good yesterday. Do not eat at this place. Disgusting People. We need a White Castle in Georgia.

There Customer service is the worst, the drive through take to long and on top of that the lobby was close for a Christmas party even though their are cusomters..what does a Christmas party have to do serving the customers..Krysral on 155 hwy wont get another dime from me.

I got excellent customer service from Moniqua! She greeted me when I came in immediately and then after my order, she kindly brought me my meal while I was watching the news on their television. I forgot about my order, but she didnt! Thanks very much Moniqa!

Took for ever over 10 mins to have lady finally take my order at drive thru I repeated 5 times what I wanted because she rather be yelling and talking to others in back ground Once placed I sat 15 mins and never moved I left will not be back

I ordered the number 1 that I always get but this time around, I felt sick after eating there. It might have been the people who were working at the time; I went late Friday night. I really like this Krystal but I wont be stopping by for a while.

Terrible service. Everything on my order was wrong. The girl working the drive thru was rude. And the line was ridiculously long and that was at 11:00 before the lunch crowd arrived. Awful service. Id give zero stars if I could.

Save your money...this is the grosses, nastiest, get ready to run to the bathroom place...wth is that "meat"?.....The food was wrong and awful but, the people there are nice...guess the working with what they have, sad!!!!

Food is good but the managers need more training. They have no people skills and talk horrible to the other workers. The girl that took my order was great! Very nice and patience. The manager could learn a lot from her.

Waited 30 mins for my 12 Krystal combo with no onions, when it finally came guess what I found. Onions. Took it back to the counter and the girl acted like I should eat it anyways. Wont be stopping here again.
