The worst! I already was using coupons that was given to me from my horrible breakfast experience at kyrstals on peachtree parkway, norcross ga. I drove all the way to krystals on hwy78 stn mtn hoping for a better experience since I wanted this so badly. WRONG! They were not busy at all when we arrived. When the manager brought out our food she brought part of the order and we had to wait on fresh fries. We ate anyways. Bit into a cold burger when I brought it to manager attention she wanted to convince me that they were freshly made after i saw the young man box them as I ordered. (2 seconds) So i told her to take a bite and tell me what she thought. Instead she hands me the same coupons we used to purchase our food back and said you can leave. Really? Its sad to see fast food restuarants have forgotten the importance of excellent customer service. Will never eat KRYSTALS as a whole again. So disappointing when this was as close to white castle as I can get.

Every time I come here its like 3 people here and it takes them 45 minutes to bring my food out. The drive thru is their top priority. My biscuit was half done. The inside was gooey. Im disgusted. Yesterday morning I ordered a bacon breakfast scrambler in the drive thru. The girly guy in the drive thru with long fingernails gave me like 50 packs of pepper i swear. with no salt. It was almost like stealing lol. I mean why do people in the food place wear such long nails anyway? Thats a breading ground for dirt and bacteria. I dont want that in my food. NO MAM! I drive off and I get halfway to work and realised it was sausage and the cup was half full and I told them twice that I wanted bacon. My food was dry and tasted stale and bland so I ended up tossing in the trash. What a way to ruin my day

I really feel that the customer service has dropped drastically! I frequent this location at least 3 times a week and lately, the associates seem to angry! I work in customer service and I know when things arent the same; The smiles, greetings, and thank-you says a lot! The drive-thru associates have bad attitude, along with poor service which let me know coming inside is worse! I have items left out and waited for wings/fries thats not hot! I am going to have to find a new place to give our business to; This has been a horrible adventure and the female black managers is part of the problems. Tasha P.

Sunday morning..drive thru, just before breakfast end time (10:49am). I ordered 1 original Scrambler, 1 low carb BACON Scrambler, 1 Orange Juice.. Long wait behind 2 other cars waiting. When I finally pulled up to the window, sat and waited while they held long conversation among themselves. First I got the juice and a small paper bag and my receipt. The bag contained ONLY the original Scrambler. They asked for the bag back....When I got it back, it turned out they had added a SAUSAGE low carb scrambler, BUT MY RECEIPT WAS MISSING! Very disappointed.

Waited almost 15 minutes outside via drive thru. If food wasnt paid for wouldve drove off. The burgers didnt have a fresh taste and Im from NY was first time tasting these. I was thinking Id get the fresh white castle taste but with mustard. Nope sure didnt!!! The lil buns were hard felt like they was frozen thawed and slapped on a overcooked square burger. Im sorry but I will never try this burger chin again. Maybe its just that location but Im not bout to try else where to see if thats the case

My husband and I were craving some Krystals after watching the Fireworks show at Stone Mountain. We didnt realize that it was closing time at this Krystal. Even though we got there after closing time the employee that was working that night took our order at the drive thru and made sure we got our food and was very polite to us!! July 3rd is the day we visited this Krystal and just wanted to tell the employee Thanks!

Ok, I like Krystal and have had many good meals around the south at them. This was not one of them. First kids should not be running the store. Next the food was greasy, fries not completely cooked, and some food burnt. The service was not very good. Slow compared to most other stores and not friendly by any means. This Krystal was once a good place but seems to have degraded.

Very disappointing visit. Not sure if it was just an off day but Krystal is usually a very unique Southern Traditional Little Burger. It was very average to bad tasting this visit.
