I came here with my two friends n 5 year old.This restaurant has no kids menu. The waitress told me i could order chickenfingers or half order of wings n price would be half of the original priceof 7.45 for 10 wings. I got my food everything was good. When the waitress brings me my check she lays it down n goes to the back. She charged me full price for 5 fried wings. I explained to the cashier what the waitress told me, she said the waitress would come corrected it, instead the manager named George comes out saying that he was not going to correct the price n the waitress told Me that it would be full price for 5 wings. I told the manager the waitress did not tell me that, and if she did i would have ordered all 10 wings. George the manager said that he couldn't do anything about it. So i told him if i have to pay full price i want my other 5 wings he said ok n it would b 10 minutes. I waited 3 minutes and a guy for the kitchen comes out with a togo box with 4 hot wings in it and said the manager George told him to give them to me. I asked to speak with George again he took forever to come out n when he did he talked to 3 other customers before getting to me. I told him that he was not going to be little me n get over on me and have me pay full price for some wings that i didn't even order i had fried wings not hotwings. I told him the waitress did not tell me that it would be full price and he told me that i was wrong and the waitress was right. I told him that i would never come to this place again being belittled and given anything and try to make me pay for it. I told George by him being a management he was not showing good customer service.

I could eat Mexican at least 3x per week. I like to dine out and prepare at home. This restaurant probably rates the worst Mexican I have had in date. I tried the shredded chicken tacos. While the amount of chicken was okay it did not taste freshly cooked and nearly tasteless.The chips were bland as well and the salsa was so hot it was nearly inedible * I did not ask for any special type of salsa. I dont know how kids eat it at all. I had gotten my order to go so while waiting ordered a regular margarita. Absolutely disgusting. It was served in a plastic glass that apparently had just been washed so it a warn and the drink tasted like warm salty water. ***The worst margarita I have had anywhere ever. This was a very disappointing experience particularly since they are so close to home. I have absolutely no plans of ever going there again and highly DO NOT recommend it.

Well, I ordered the S-2 on the menu and I was expecting a nice meal only to find a very sloppily presented MESS. There were cheese and onions everywhere (onions are not listed on the menu and my mother has ordered it before and there were no onions) and no crab meat. There is supposedly crab meat and shrimp but there was obviously nothing but shrimp. We asked the waiter and he said they were out of crab meat. If they were OUT would you not tell the customer this? Our waiter proceeded to be very rude to us the entire evening and when we got our change back he didnt look at us and had everything wadded up, then was sarcastic in asking us if next time he should present it in a folder for us. It was my first time here and I will not be coming back!

Food is decent to great most of the time. California Burritos are big and packed with you meat of choice and they always bring out fresh chips and some pretty good salsa. Also, one Texas Margarita should put you in there. No skimping on the alcohol here like No Mas. Customer service is lacking sometimes. You have to find your own seat, which is weird for somewhere with 3 to 6 people standing around any day I come in. Ask for Luis, literally one of the greatest servers I have ever known. Always there asking if you need something. Brings out your food right when it is prepared. Even his sister, who works there also, cant remotely match him. Everyone else pretty much does a substandard job.

La Fiesta is a cool spot. We stay within a mile of the restaurant so well drop in to have margaritas and food sometimes. The food is good but not exactly mind blowing so thats why I gave it 4 stars. However, the service is always great and that keeps us coming back. The margaritas are about a 7 on a scale of 10 but when they make the Texas Margarita the right way itll get you to where you want to be. The DJ on Saturday nights is cool and does karaoke. You should definitely give them a try if youre ever in the area. Good for quick weekday drinks and meals too.

This place is bad I dont normally eat food like this but the wings had no sauce on them I had to ask for it. Then the server was just horrible. She never really came back to see if we needed anything else until we got up and find someone else to get us what we needed. Poor customer service all the way around. The restroom had one of them light switches that come on when someone walks in which is horrible cuz I was in the restroom and as a female having the light turn off on you while youre on the toilet is just plan dumb. Ugh so horrible.

I go there every month the food was great. Until recently i order the taco salad.It was done quickly..Came home and found hair. A very long strand under the chicken.it looked like left overs and they hid it with lots of cheese and toppings. I got sick all over. Called and complained and mgr. Seemed so unconcerned. No remorse...got money back but, they lost a valuable customer. I told friends all about this place...not anymore..very disappointed. ....

I kept passing this place and finally stopped in after reading the reviews. GREAT Food (fresh ingredients), very authentic, large servings, fast service..Andrea the bartender was amazing! She made great suggestions AND made a great margarita!!! Service was quick and everyone was very friendly, service with a smile. Ill definitely be back. Couldnt give a 5, did not go to the ladies room. The patio is a nice area if weather permits.

Awesome! I love mexican food and I always look for the ones with the best reviews even though this one had one that said terrible food I thought I would give it a try and I have to tell you. This place is really good. My family had the tacos and they said it was the best taco they ever had. :) This place is very clean and the staff is very nice. Go Enjoy!!

Parking is terrible at times, but once you step inside and take a bite of your meal, you wont care. Full bar, extensive menu, and big screens for the game (whatever that happens to be at the time). The folks in the kitchen are top notch ... in all seriousness, if you are visiting Douglasville and like Mexican food and you DONT go here, you made a mistake.
