The food at this place is good, infact, I used to frequent this place. During my last visit, my entree came out with hardly any guacamole, I asked for a little more on the side and received a bowl full. I thought this was generous and way more than I wanted or could even eat. When I received the bill, I had been charged around $4 for the guacamole!!!!! The server did not mention there would be a charge. The manager was at the front desk and completed the sale. I stated I wanted the $4 removed due to not understanding there was a charge - HE REFUSED!! Told me avocados are expensive!!!! I told him that the restaurant I work at also sells guacamole and they do not charge for it if a customer asks for a small portion on the side and he chose to ARGUE WITH ME as if I were lying and stood firm on not removing the $4. Needless to say, the servers tip went to paying the $4 guacamole and I have never returned. They do not care about customer satisfaction - buyer be aware.

This place has always messed my order up! Once, we ordered a small margarita pitcher, they brought us a large and said nothing, when we got the check we saw it was a large and complained, having never been there before or seen their sizes (it was pretty small anyway). They refused to deduct the difference or do anything. This time I ordered take out, asked for no peppers and sour cream on the side, I got peppers and no sour cream at all. The food was sloppy and disgusting since I hate peppers. I would suggest you try another place!

We had dinner there the night before last, and I think this is some of the best Mexican food Ive ever had. I lived in Los Angeles for 14 years, and 2 1/2 years in Mexico, and I love Mexican food. Service at this restaurant is great. Prices are reasonable. Also, very honest people here. My husband accidentally left his credit card in the folder after signing for the check. We called the next day,, and they had it safely stowed away for him. We eat here every time we visit Cincinnati, and will continue to do so.

Of all the various midwest style mexican restaurants Ive tried around here and in indiana, this one has been the better of them all. Good food, wide selection, and tasty. But then, Im not a pretentious foodie who gets disgusted if a piece of lettuce is at a 90 degree angle of a carrot. Service?With any place its hit or miss depending on time of day and who you get. Thats just how it goes with hiring americans.

I will admit MOST of the meals I have eaten here are sub-par at best. The pollo loco dish is WONDERFUL. Not only is it the best thing I have eaten at this restaraunt it is the best Mexican dish I have ever eaten. We get it all the time and anyone I have try it for the first time falls in love. And the peach margaritias are AWESOME too!

The only difference between the food here and taco bell is the warm plate. Actually, taco bell food has more flavor. When I sit down to eat at a restaurant, I want to be served something that tastes somewhat fresh. If thats what you expect, abandon that hope before you enter El Rancho Blande

Great mexican restaurant. In particular I would highly recommend the parrillada for two (huge plate of meat and peppers that also comes with sides and tortillas). Be aware that it actually feeds closer to four people, you definitely need help to finish it.

i love going here to eat there food is AMAZING... !! and they have a great bar i like getting the margarita drinks .. the servers are friendly!! there is this one server named pedro he is a good worker..! but ya I like going to this El Rancho Grande!!!

I would have rated the restaurant higher if they would have taken the coupon they advertised through Reach magazine. However, they wouldnt take it through the app - only a paper copy.

This place is awesome, I had fajitas chicken/steak my husband had Taco Loco so much food it was all fresh and very yummy... Our waiter Casey was the best! I highly recommend
