THIS IS WAS THE WORST F**KING CHIPOTLE IVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. UGH. UGH. FREAKING EWW. chicken and steak, was dried out, OLD. MORE THAN 40 MINS... EWW. dont try to cover up the old rice and meat(which was also overcooked), with SLATHERS, of sour cream, which we all love, but not in 8+ oz portions, geez. Not to mention(yep..theres more), the chips had to be the first batch made this a.m., if not from the nite before...just, straight up AWFUL. i couldnt believe my mouth..Nor my eyes. And when I politely stated my issues to the man in charge, instead if replacing my food, he gives me a BOGO coupon. Hello..Im still hungry, sir. No refund, either. Pathetic display of any knowledge on how to handle & correct an issue in the food service industry. Thoroughly, disappointed.

I placed a catering order today for a work luncheon. I had never done this before but was pleasantly surprised how easy and delicious it was. All the employees raved about how good everything was. I was especially pleased with the GREAT service I received from Curtis and staff. They let me know how much they appreciated our business and even gave us an unexpected discount for being a first time customer. I did decide to return the racks they provide for the heating trays and even received a free burrito for doing so. I will definitely order from this Chipotle again and highly recommend them to any other local businesses who need something delicious and affordable for an employee or client lunch or dinner gathering.

I experienced some of the best customer service Ive seen from any food company today at this location. Apparently I was noticeably drained and tired when I walked in and the guy asked if I was having a rough day. I replied "yeah but Im off work now so hopefully it gets better." He immediately walked to the register and told the man working it to pay for my two meals. Then I heard "but were already at our $40 limit for the day." Guess what, he did it anyway. Now Ive had some serious quantities of Chipotle over the years (Im a huge fan) but Ive never heard of or experienced this practice. You can say what you want about Chipotle but customer service is of their utmost priority and this branch is very well managed.

Today I went to lunch at this location for the first time. It was busy and the staff were working hard to keep the customers moving through efficiently. As I went to fill my drink, I noticed how filthy the floor looked. After sitting down, I was looking around and saw all kinds of debris on the floors and tables as well. The dining area was truly neglected. The food was great, but the atmosphere needed a lot of attention.

I have been to MANY Chipotles in the tri-state, even traveling out of town, but this one is my favorite. I order online 2-3 times a week for a few co-workers and myself. They always have the food ready when I arrive and a smile on their faces. The Customer Service here is exceptional, every single person Ive encountered at this store was nice and made sure everything in my order is ALWAYS right. Kudos!!

Overcharged us for our meal and had to get them to correct that. Chicken and steak were both old, dried out, and overcooked. Chips were also very stale. When the state of the meats was brought to their attention, all they offered was a BOGO coupon, which did nothing for our hunger. Dining room was also dirty. Wont be going back to this Chipotle.

Seems every time I go to this place Im in and out, just got some today and they took less than a minute. Keep up the amazing work to all them employees. Tall are doing amazing. (They also put a cute "His & Hers" message on our carry out bowls). Thank you for the amazing service will always choose that specific Chipotle for my lunch!

The A.M crew at this location are some of the most friendly, hardworking, and fun individuals Ive ever come across. I work right up the road and visit this location twice a week on average. The interior is always clean no matter how busy they are and theyre very efficient and accurate in creating your order. Keep up the good work!

None of my family or friends will ever go to this store .one of the managers is a child molester and his wife works there also who allows him to molest children I think it needs to be brought to the attention of upper management they need to do better background checks for sure

I prefer to visit the Chipotle on Dixie Hwy. They have exceptional customer service! The staff are extremely polite and upbeat. I feel like every employee there genuinely enjoys thier job and they are always happy to help. Great service goes a long way!

Of all the chipotles I eat at all over Ohio and Kentucky this is one of the best. The food here is always cooked to perfection and the employees are some of the nicest employees Ive ever encountered at a restaurant!

I hadnt been to a chipotle in year, since college. Its not at all the quality of food it used to be and its pretty much just meat and chesse, they have no veggies to put in a burrito or bowl. Will not be going back.
