Terrible experience. I ordered two kids meals in the drive through, and literally waited for 20 minutes, if not more to receive my food. After coming upon the realization that they messed up my order, I went inside to have it fixed. While explaining how the order was wrong, the employee stood there with an uninterested and uncaring expression, and finally replaced my burger with the correct one (with an attitude). She was not a good representation of good customer service at all, and I would definitely not recommend this location.

Im sick and tired of pulling away, getting on 20 for work and finding out SOMETHING IS OLD OR MISSING FROM ORDER! Wed this week 6/14/17, I made an order and the French toast sticks were OLD AND HARD like theyve been there since the day before. This morning 6/17/17 I order 2 orders is 2-4 bacon egg and cheese croissants, 2 small hasbrown, 2 orange juices and a 3 piece French toast sticks AGAIN this time no damn syrup! You guys SUCK MAN!

I order chicken sandwich very over cooked not fresh it was like burned taste had to bite in on side of mouth because my teeth in the front wasnt big enough to bite the hard chicken,chicken fries taste like rubber bands but my wife was happy with whopper but her onion rings was over cooked real hard not worth eating...im very dissatisfied with the food that was served. I will come back to that burger king again .......

Not good manners. I always say thank you girl from night shift never answer. Always ask for ketchup or any other sauce she says ok but never give me anything. I jus pay for a hot dog and I make the mistake of no checking my food before I leave and surprice the bread was looking like somebody pull it or break it with the fingers . thats why Im writing this feed back . they need pay attention to those details.....

They were out of whoppers....wtf. Talked to the "manager" on duty who told me theres nothing she can do, no compensation, nothing. Filled out a communication form on their website and I was called and told the store manager would be in touch with me within the next few days and he never called. Will not be eating at this location ever again. We were regulars at least eating there twice a month, not now!

Drive thru folk were SUPER accommodating... went to order egg and cheese croissant with no meat, because I dont eat pork. Order taker offered chicken for a dollar more. Who knew? Window guy was cracking jokes and had a great spirit. Chicken egg and cheese with grape jelly was scrumptious! Yum!

I visited this location several times and got terrible customer service.the shift leader was very rude.all I ask was for my breakfast sandwich to be warm because it wasnt the last time.Im going to speak with the manager at 7 this morning probably wont go back.

Best biscuits when it comes to fast food. Always fresh no matter when I go. Chicken nuggets have to be the driest things Ive ever had. Otherwise great location, they also have the special coca cola drink selection.

I went to get a tender crisp and they gave only the meat and no lettuce or tomato, when they tried to reimburse my sandwich they said theu had no more. Would rate 0 stars if I could. Terrible.
