Over and hour and a half wait. Called store, no apology or explanation, manager just told me to tell the driver at the door that I didnt want the pizza. No offering to discount or replace it if it were going to be cold, not even an apology for it being so late. You could call and tell your customers you were behind in delivery! Just an apology would have been acceptable and an assurance it would be hot upon arrival. Very disappointed in Trenton Pizza Hut. Will never order from here again.

Every time I order from this store there is some reason why my order got cancelled. Happened at least 5 seperate times. They never want to make it right and last night when i called the manager hung up on me while i was explaining my past experiences with him. I went to the store and was told "oh well" by the same manager. Ill never eat from this location again.

I called at 10:30 pm and nobody answered because its obvious they were ready to go home and not take in anymore business. I WILL NOT be spending anymore of my money with this location, I will spend my money elsewhere. Thank your former employees for your failed business

Always get extra cheese and pick it up. Theyve never once messed up my order of half pizzas and substitutions. Excellent Pizza Hut quality without dripping/swimming in grease.
