Ive made the mistake of going here twice in the past 30 days. The first time was during the day on lunch break, where I was overcharged AND did not get all of my order. I called the manager and no proper solution was given. Tonight, I tried giving them a second shot. I always tryto see the good in people and was in hopes that some of the people working here actually are trying and MAY care about their job. I couldnt have been more wrong, after being shorted on two items and sauce tonight and another call to a manager with no solution I have no other choice but to leave my opinion on a public forum so everyone can know how god awful this #tacobell really is. Please save yourself the heartache, belly ache, and money and go somewhere else! El ranchero is right across the street and 40 times better, youll be glad you did!

This location has never been good. They have refunded me for my order several times. Anytime I go through the drive thru, my order is never correct. I have been offered countless free meals. Unfortunately they are the only place close to the house that we will eat for a quick bite. How hard is it to make a taco? I dont know about the other reviews maybe they only eat there once. We have been going off and on for 12 years, they have very rarely gotten our order correct.

When I dine in the experience is fine but almost every time I go to the drive thru and place a order they always get it Wong and I cant count how much time, gas and money I have lost. And I have heard the same issue with other people and coworkers. I dont not trust the drive thru at this taco bell its is very Disappointing just offering free food is not the answer change needs to happen but as a Corporation Like taco Bell they do not care about their customers

Ok so, I go here a lot, because it is very close to where I work. But there is nothing I cant stand more than paying almost 4 dollars for a burrito and getting nothing but beans.. I ask for the sour cream to be spread evenly everytime I order (because who likes getting a mouth fill of sour cream) and they always say "Oh yes maam!" And when I take my first bite... its nothing but sour cream... please take better care in creating the food people pay to eat..

I usually use the drive thru and have had to go inside to get my order corrected three separate times. Now I check my order before driving away from the window everytime. Theyve asked me to pull up front of restaurant twice to wait for my order which I assume its to help them keep their dive thru times low but I have never ordered over two meals which should be manageable.

Not bad. They renovated the inside but it is still small and the parking is very limited. Hard to get in and out of, especially when there is a line in the drive-thru. The food is fine and the service is so-so. I usually avoid the inside seating as it is cold in the summer and service is not great. The drive-thru service is pretty good.

I refuse to eat in Fayetteville Taco Bell. Because of their remodel all combos were increased by $2 or morw to cover remodel cost i was told by the employees. The one in Peachtree City, always hit food and friendly service. Thats high praise cibsidering i ran restaurants fir 36 years, im very critical of where i take my family.

Always stop in for breakfast here, service is fast and the woman working the drive thru in the mornings is very nice and will remember your favorite sauce if you stop in enough! Food is also very good and fairly cheap! You should definitely stop in here for breakfast!

The black male manager at this store was talking about pu*sy while I was trying to eat. He wasnt trying to hide the fact either. It made me uncomfortable to be eating with my grandmother and hearing a grown man speak about a womans body. This man is a pedophile.

They were very prompt and courteous, but kept putting beef in my meal when I clearly requested chicken... apologized for the mistake and still sent me off with a BEEF crunch wrap after I paid extra....my fault for not checking the second time for one order.

I went to Taco Bell expecting a good "triple double crunch wrap", which is the same thing as the crunch wrap. The nachos and cheese wee something different. The cheese was lumpy and over half of the container was gone. Service is horrible!

I asked for two chicken quesaritos without sour cream. I didnt ask for 2 queseritos without sour cream, chicken, and cheese. It was like I was eating air. NOTHING WAS IN IT. Service is trash!

Sometimes I just crave a hard shell taco from Taco Bell. The staff here are very friendly, not the typical fast food staff that you run into. They keep the place clean.

Taco Bell in PTC was a bad experience and I like taco bell. It was COLD inside and seem to take forever to get food then it was cold.
