Im writing a real review about this place I worked at this same exact location awhile back we had the best staff very kind and respectful the food was top notch always clean inside and out and no one had to wait 30 minutes we could have the line out the door and you would of been through the line paid and out the door in no more than 10 minutes this is the worst location anymore they take more than 30 minutes tables are always dirty staff is not helpful and watch next time they will skimp you on your food the will pick up the food and shake half of it off its supposed to be the whole spoon with I guess you would call it a little hill on it but you wont even get that the number one worst chipotle

Food for most part is good. But they like to barely give you any rice or chicken. Then they say your card didnt go through and make you pay twice. For same order. Call up to have them fix it and get told I need to call at 6am cause there is nothing they can do for me today. If you want to double pay, have an uncleaned table, wait in long lines, and get shorted on stuff then this is place to go. Its truly not that hard to wipe down tables. And I have never been in there were we didnt have to clean table ourselves to use it. Will be going to different place to eat for now on. And calling to get refund from corporate if need be.

Yummy but long lines, they run out of food and you wait for more. This was last night too at 8:45 p.m. They gave several of us free drinks while we waited for steak to cook. They said it "took exactly 3 minutes to cook, it was more like 15 minutes. Then the partially made portion of my burrito was rather wilted and the steak was almost but not quite tartar. I dislike all the gristle that is in their steak but I want to get the protein and iron in the steak. Well Ive been waiting 15 minutes and am almost there. High turnover of staff and the worst music Ive ever heard. Hire more Hispanics, please!

Used to be my favorite location but for a year or so now it has gone way downhill as far as quality of the food. The rice is undercooked and it tastes like they are replacing seasonings with something else. Sometimes the chicken is so spicy it is inedible. Our food has also been cold more than once when using order online. I would rather go to another location.

They put ingredients in your burrito bowl before you get the chance to say if you want them or not, they load you down with rice but only give you a small amount of chicken, and they always with each friend , ALWAYS add a charge of chips and salsa to their bill, THAT is not good for business ESPECIALLY when it was never ordered. Very disappointed!

The food was great - but they need to get someone out there to bus the tables - especially during and after a rush hour time slot. It was pretty messy - the floors, seats and tables all needed to be wiped down and there were not clean choices at all. Getting someone to clean the tables when they are busy seems to be a hassle for them too.

I Love Chipotle. I hate this location! Poorly managed. They are almost always out of one of the key ingredients. Today it was the veggies. There is no excuse frankly. It seems that they cant just let the cook know theyre running low. They run out of rice, chicken etc. Anything popular. Dont go here hungry.

One of the worst Chipotles I have been too. Always messy, the line looks gross. They run out of food more then they should and you are stuck waiting for more. Dining room is often a mess, trash over flowing even when not busy. Food quality is not up to the Chipotle standards. Makes me not want Chipotle.

The line was a bit long but I could see why, one of the best Chipotle burritos Ive ever had. I will admit they used a bit too much rice, but didnt go easy on any ingredient, making it one of the biggest burritos Ive had from Chipotle as well. I will be a regular of this Chipotle for quite a while.

I like the food but the employees are very rude and disrespectful. Chips are usually overcooked and food is sometimes out of stock. They always mess up my online order when I go there and I always need to wait for at least 15 minutes. I hope the service will get better soon.

WORST CHIPOTLE IN MY AREA! No matter what time of day there is a long wait. Horrible management. They are always running out of something. Employees are not working as a team and have no sense of urgency. I recommend heading to the Jungle Jims location for excellent service.

My online order experience has been terrible. Every single time I show up ready to pick up my food(that I have already paid for) it has not been made and I have to wait at least 15 minutes. Im just sick of the laziness and poor customer service.

Theyre always running out of food here, and they cant move the line to save their lives. There are veteran workers I always see here that are good and theyre the only ones holding this place together. Overpriced Chipotle at its worst.

Every time I come in this restaurant there is a line, but tonight, Sunday 11/6/16, it was especially crowded. I waited in line for 45 MINUTES!!! The food was good, even though I had to warm it up when I got home.
