Im a frequent visitor here since the fries & grilled chicken sandwiches CAN be made gluten free. 2 yrs ago, things were good. However, with new ownership in the past year things have declined in service & efficiency. I was informed that the Buns were not gluten free because there were toasted with the regular buns. I always ask for the sauce on the side however the last several times they keep forgetting to put it on the side. So now my sandwich looks like a salad within 2min of arrival to table. The past several times when I order fries, they never get delivered to the table. When I inquire about it they tell me that I didnt order them. Theyre correct, its not listed on the bill, however I specifically ordered them and then the server lets me know that "it somehow got cancelled". Im asked to go back to the counter to order another fry and pay for it. After waiting 20 minutes for my food, who wants to get back up for something that wasnt your mistake? They dont even have the good custeromer service decency to just give you a free order of fries! Overall im fed up with their revolving door of emplyees & lack of timely food preparation. Making me reorder something bc you cant seem to figure out your ordering system, isnt my problem.

The food was good, service was hit or miss. I had a classic, my husband built his own burger. Both were well cooked and excellent tasting. We also tried the smashfires and fried pickles, both were good. However, I know from prior experience that if you get the fries and fried pickles to go they are a soggy mess within 5 minutes. That is a packaging issue, not a food prep issue. Lily was kind enough to make me an off menu shake (1/2 chocolate and 1/2 vanilla) and my husband had the Butterfinger shake, also excellent. Her customer service was superb. She brought us our food, smiled and was generally friendly and outgoing. The only negative from the experience (and the only thing keeping me from giving a 5 star rating) was the service at the cash register. Aaron took our orders, and while not rude, his service did not shine. He wasnt engaging and greeted us with a lackluster "Welcome to Smashburger"... clearly he wasnt happy to be at work today. Expect good food and a family dining experience here. There were lots of families with children in tow, but that didnt dampen my experience. Overall we had a good time and will be back in the future.

Please do not eat here. I arrive with a coupon in my hand . The cashier had other customer in front of me. When she finish with that customer she was able to assist me. I handed her the coupon . The customer who was in front of me. Came back to ask can someone clean her table. The cashier sent someone to clean table. Then the cashier start talking very negative to other employee about that customer . I received my food . Got home to eat and the burger was not done. Poor customer service a the food was salty as hell . please do not eat here poor service. You do not talk about other customer in front of a customer and I do not here about your personal issues.

Whoa, SALTY! The burgers were to me overcooked, even crispy around the edge, and so salty I thought my Atlanta burger must have had a seasoning accident happen to it, but my husband complained about his as well. Frozen fries with some rosemary sprinkled on them were unappetizing and my iced tea was not freshly made - and I define "freshly made" as "today" when it comes to convenience restaurants. Twenty bucks wasted IMO. The cashier was easily confused but polite and the other staff were very nice. Hope they get better jobs soon. If not for them the place would have gotten but 1 star.

This is my second visit to this location. I came by around 1pm for lunch. Very slow inside. Ordered the "Georgia" burger ( cheese, bbq sauce, coleslaw) with smash fries. My total was just under $10 Cashier was pleasant. Food came out in about 5-6 mins. Very disappointed with the portion of the overall burger. Patty wasnt very big, small amount of sauce and slaw and the seasoning wasnt very flavorful. I did order the "regular" size, but for almost 7 dollars I did expect a more hearty burger than something from McDonalds or BK. I dont think Ill be back.

Food is good, but the mangers customer service at this particular branch felt "attitudey". We came by on Sunday at 8:55pm and the door (as well as Google maps) said the restaurant closes at 10:00pm, so we decided to eat here. They seemed to be closing so I asked what time the closed and get response was 9:00. I mentioned that, thats not what her door and website says. She answered with an attitude and blamed corporate. I would expect more from a manager.

My experience is based on the lack of service i received. Yesterday i went to this location at 8:45 pm and not only were the doors locked but the employees did not even attempt to explain why the sign says"Open from 10:00 am to 10:00pm" while they just ignored me and my party from behind the counter. An explanation would be nice instead of pretending not to see us. So if i could rate their customer service with a 0 i would.

Not a bad burger at a decent price. The big burger is plenty of food, and they have a good variety of toppings (guac, fried egg). I ordered the BBQ bacon cheddar burger. It didnt have a lot of flavor, but the bacon and onion straws were good. The burger style is char-grilled/blackened, and the beef was okay but nothing special. The Smash fries were good, their fries are the tiny/thin crispy style which I like.

Smash Burger classic is delicious for $5.39, but the Combo with fries and drink is too expensive. $10.11. The fries like a medium size and drink cup medium serve on a tray. Its a nice atmosphere but not sure why I did get a receipt for my order but menu did not show Combo price. I must have got trick with price since I may have look like

This was my first time going and the staff was very helpful about how to place an order. I also saw Chipotle mayo as one of the condiments; most places would simply tell you what it tastes like but they let me try a sample (verdict: it was delicious). Even the build your own burger was worth the trip. Ill definitely be back again soon.

It was my first time their and I came out disappointed. I thought it was going to be very tasteful but I got the opposite of what I expected. The food was cold and lacked flavor. However, I was extremely satisfied with the customer service I received from my cashier. He was extremely polite and very helpful. Will NOT go back.

While I like the Smash burger, I also enjoy the Smash chicken about as much. And the smash fries or a nice change of pace. Several styles for each of the sandwiches (including a bean veggie burger). It is a small step up from a fast food franchise (think Zaxbys or Schlotzskys not Mickie Dees or Burger King).
