Arrived on a busy Friday night. Havent been to their restaurant in several years and had high expectations. I Ordered a 32 ounce frozen house margarita and a bowl of chicken soup. The Chicken soup i got is red - tomato based. Not what I expected. Their old style chicken soup had a chicken broth and cilantro base that was made famous at their locations years gone by. The frozen drink was dispensed from a machine (which in and of itself isnt bad) however the drink was WEAK! The bar staff stated that they didnt mix it - but that there actually was tequila etc in it. NOT WORTH THE PRICE! Corporate Mexico has ruined the personal touch that once prevailed at this chain. They once were the best ever! I am disappointed. Another loss to the paying public. There has been change; I wasnt expecting them to go downhill.

This was some of the best Mexican cusine I have had. It is authentic enough to please this native Texan, but and a touch of fusion that is a most pleasant surprise. The flavors are balanced and certainly there (no watered down beef here!). Elegantly presented, you would think you couldnt ask for more. However the service was excellent, the decor relaxing and lively, and amazingly family friendly. They has balloons tied onto teddy grams for the kids. And for once, EVERYONES plate was clean!

The food was great, however that was countered by some of the worst service Ive ever gotten. I had to get more water from a friend because the waitress would go sit down immediately after coming by which she did only 3 times all night. We were the only table in her section. Finally when she would sit she looked and pointed at us while we were watching! If I ever go back and get put in that section I will immediately leave.

The food comes out super fast and is always nice and hot. The only gripe I have against this place is that there are many times when me and my wife have to wait, yet there are open tables everywhere. Never makes sense, other La Parrilla restaurants dont do this. Seems like a waste to take our names, give us a pager, just for it to go off 3 minutes later. Anyway, try the fish tacos or maybe stuffed poblanos, theyre great!!!

Not hate, unacceptable service. 1 hour before drinks were refreshed. Never got my guacamole on the side. 15 minutes between server visits. Large cheese dip got cold no chips. Server was pleasant individual. Routine timing needs work. We are 18 year customers. We have eaten at about ten different locations. From Macon to Alpharetta.

This place has atmosphere. They do have live music and its a fun place to go on your birthday. There steak dishes are awesome, but all their food is consistently good and tastes like real Mexican with homemade tortillas. Service is awesome. Manager comes around to say hi and is interested in your experience. It is a must try!

La Parilla is a great Mexican restaurant! The food is good, the people are friendly, and the overall environment is great! The only complaint I have about this restaurant is that the service is kind of slow. Otherwise, its a great restaurant and I highly recommend it!

The Texas style Nachos are amazing for two people to share also the service Is top notch Id totally recommend this to anyone willing enough to experience good Mexican food and a great place to go for those on a budget that still wish to remain fancy.

Excellent service & food. Carlos is a very good bartender. Their margaritas are so good (frozen or on the rocks). I prefer the strawberry. Very nice atmosphere for adults and children. Tony and Carlos are "Great" bartenders.

Griffin has a weird obsession with Mexican restaurants, LA parrilla is exceptional above most of the rest, by far my favorite entreé is the Chipotle fish tacos, and a pitcher of margaritas for the table.
