I wish zero stars was an option. I just waited 20 mins on 4 tacos. This is where you go to wait and die. They had 2 people cooking and 2 just standing around and sweeping or staring at you while you wait. This is the WORST TACO BELL EVER!! I would have complain to a manager but they did not care, they were moving slower than a sloth. The guy at the counter was nice but Id rather pull all my hair out than have to come back to this place. Worst customer service, do not come here unless you have no where to be and have the patience of God.

First time eating taco bells breakfast,also will be the last time!I was only person in line,and still waited 20 minutes.the cashier asked how many sugars and cream in my coffee, only to get it,have to ask for sugar,only to find out they didnt have,or carry sugar.good thing I tasted it before leaving,well thats not true,cuz they didnt have any sugar anyway.thought it was just very unprofessional, the wait,and not having sugar for coffee.no wonder I was the only person at taco bell,but McDonalds was packed.

Cant get my order right for the 4th time! I love Taco Bell, but unfortunately, this is the closest location to me and it has ruined it all.Every time I order something is always wrong. Loaded Potato Grillers are supposed to have potatoes. Every single one of the grillers had zero potatoes. I guess 3 seconds of extra application is tough. Never going here again and never getting Taco Bell again. Awful, awful experience.

Every time I go through the driver thru always at least a half an hour waiting on my food and half the time I will get home and they screwed my order up. Now I drive all the way to Taco Bell on Moraine even though I live in West Carrollton its worth the extra drive. They have much better service always friendly, never a long wait, and most importantly never screws my order up.

Serves has recently improved, was amazed at how well my food was made this time. The doritos loco taco caught me off guard when I took a bite and actually tasted doritos! Since they came out they have just tasted like pre licked doritos as most people know but this location made them to my expectations when they first started promoting them. Very pleased with my visit today.

The doors say that the dining in opened at 7Am, went there at 7:40 Am and the doors were locked. I called and asked if they were open and upon telling me yes I asked why the door wasnt unlocked the worker then rudely commented that the doors are not unlocking and that I need to go to the drive thru, and if not then have a good day. Then hung up on me, lost my service

Terrible!!!!! It took 20 minutes to get 3 items. Only 3 other customers in restaurant. 1 person ahead of us. Cashier was calling names for orders that were ready. I was at the counter and still couldnt hear her. Seemed to be no one in charge. Another employee was slamming the finished orders on the counter. Not caring at all about the customers food

Stopped by yesterday, to eat, went inside, two guys at counter waiting for food, nobody was available to take my order, after a few more minutes, still nobody, so I asked one of the guys waiting, and asked him where everybody was, he told me the guys in the back was also the counter guy, I got tired of waiting and left, POOOR Service

Food was the same, but the service was horrible. Of the 3 workers I saw 2 were on their phones. The pop machine had no ice, and the root beer and pepsi was flat. The lady in front of me in line just wanted a bag and was upset at how long it took to get someones attention. Luckily I am not over there to often.

I waited over 20 minutes for a couple items. While we were there they messed up someones order 3 times. Then the lady calling out names was so quiet that I had to say them after her just so people could hear her. Then they didnt put sourcream on my husbands nacho supreme. Horrible service.

3:15am (Friday night/ Saturday morning) Google maps says open till 4am.... so I drove there and theyre closed. The sign on their window also says open till 4am. Understandable if it were a holiday weekend or something. Im not mad, Im just disappointed.

Food was wrong. Staff was laughing and it took 4 times to order 4 things and 3 out of the 4 things were made wrong. The cheese on the side was 1/4 full. I have had alot of bad service this location. I think its time to stop going to this location

Food doesnt taste the greatest and the employees arent very professional acting and they dont make your food in a sanitary way. The inside is filthy dirty and very unsanitary. They always mess your order up too. Never going back to this Taco Bell

Clerks dont know their own menu. Ordered two habanero grilled, clearly marked on the poster behind the clerk for $1.49. Guy ended up charging two bucks each with some kind of habanero sauce on the side. Turned out to be pretty weak sauce too.

Never opens on time in the morning, orders range from being completely wrong to inconsistent at best. Wait times can easily reach 5+ minutes even with one car ahead. Best bet is to avoid this taco bell if you value your time and/or money.

Price and food quality are normal, but service is this locations worst quality. Slow and the employees look like they care less (even by minimum wage standards). Avoid this place if youre looking to get your food in a timely manner.

Food is always messy and not fresh. Service is a joke employed all hanging outside smoking late at night probely dont even wash their hands before making my food. This has happened more than once. Go to the taco bell in Miamisburg.

I have been sitting in the drive thru line for 35 minutes and still havent even been able to order. There is no excuse for this long of a wait for taco bell except if there is only 1 or 2 workers which is highly unlikely.

Just tried to have lunch there. Tray smelled of dirty rags that were used to wipe it off. Talked to manager and he said "What do you want me to do about it?" 5 employees just stared at me. Awful place
