These workers felt comfortable in serving me a sh***y salad, the strawberries were dried up and salad was not crunchy and were turning brown on the edges, the blueberries were squishy and not plump. I LOVE the chick fil a Salads I dont get them every single day but when I do purchase it I get excited and expecting a FRESH salad. This was disappointing and all the manager said was to come back and ask for a new salad but I dont want to look like a freeloader! Wow at least email me a coupon, the manager did not seem to care either! Also the icedream cones were sh***y quality, mushy and was melting fast I am used to the good quality stuff from up north!

Just really a bunch of kids working who are more programmed to say "My pleasure," than checking the quality of their work. The service has been a little above subpar (when compared to other locations) every visit, but I never complained in the past. Recently, I had a big ready-to-serve catering order that was cold as ice when I picked it up at night, and this morning, breakfast order was completely messed up, so I had to drive back once I realized it, to get a refund because I wouldnt have had time to eat it. Advice: Less Fluff, more attention to quality. 2 Stars, only because 1.5 isnt available. I wont be returning

I love Chick-Fil-A and have been to many different locations. This is by far the worst location. During busy times the drive thru is ALWAYS at a standstill and not constantly moving like at other locations. The final straw was today (7/1/17 at 6:40pm) when they ran out of ketchup. I expect this kind of stuff from other chains but not Chick-Fil-A. The cashiers are very friendly though and I dont blame them- I blame management. Please consider hiring a new management team that can make the restaurant more in line with what people expect from Chick-Fil-A.

Chick-fil-a is the only fast food restaurant I can eat due to my food allergies, but this location is definitely my least favorite. Took them a minute to even acknowledge me being at the drive thru with no one else in line and then said they dont serve french fries for breakfast unless you come inside. Every chick-fil-a I have ever been to has told me to park and they would bring them out once they are cooked. Wont return to this location again.

Lately Ive gone through the drive-thru & they have messed up my order. Today I after getting home I realized they hadnt even gave us a sandwich in the order, I had my toddler crying because he wanted to eat but instead I had to tell him no and drive back to the location. I was very pissed off, manager told me she would give me the item but the rest of my food was already cold. Got my money back and went to McDonalds.

Great food and always great service. I cannot give five stars due to a small issue. You used to ask for your sandwich "green" to get extra pickles and it came with a nice layer of pickles. Nowadays you ask for extra pickles and you get a tiny plastic container with two pickles jammed down in there. They really need to be more generous with pickles for those who love them.

Staff is very friendly, and service is wonderful. I never have to ask for a refill and the staff gives great recommendations. Ive been going to this dwarf house since I was very little and its somewhat of a staple in my life. Definitely recommend to bring the kids its a wonderful experience.

My wife and I with two young granddaughters ate at this eatery around 1pm. Where we decided to sit was two employees talking to two people about the aspects of working there. Well, they were quite loud as was the area where we sat. Interviews should be held else where.

At dwarf house in forest park eating buffet and it utterly sucks. I am very disappointed with amount of food and there lack of anything sweet not a waffle French Toast pancake. For wat I paid its not even buffet its robbery go to Golden Carol and enjoy ur money.

Generally good food but the staff makes frequent errors, not up to the usual standards of Chick-fil-a. Be careful to check your order especially when using the drive-thru. Advise you head north to the CFA in Hapeville or south to the one in Morrow.

Everything was great. I ordered the steak. Me, my daughter and her boys had wonderful service. We were visiting from out of town and Chick-fil-A doesnt have a in Colorado. My steak was nice, juicy and tender.

One of the original chic-fil-a locations with both a fast-food and a dine-in option. The sit- down half of the restaurant has its own southern-cooking menu. Remember: theyre closed on Sundays.
