The Burger on Tara Blvd in Lovejoy, Ga was horrible. First, the a/c hasnt properly worked in a year. Due to the malfunctioning HVAC system, the indoor playground has been shutdown. Second, this Burger King cant serve sodas b/c no CO2 supplier wants to do business with this store b/c of bad debt. Apparently, when it rains at this store, the employees put buckets on shelves where they preparing food. Lastly, the food was horrible, I wouldnt be surprised if this store has a malfunctioning freezer. The manager stated that the owner knows about these issues but has refused to put money into maintaining the store. Oh, I forgot, the bathrooms do not work. This is the worst restaurant I have ever visited. Please avoid this place, you will be so disappointed.

The drink machine is down. The air-conditioning is down. The staff is very rude. The lady in front of us just asked to add cheese to her burgers and the assistant manager made the remark that they aint going to like that back there. They yelled from the back that they aint changing nothing. It looks like management is the main problem here. Two of the printed signs have misspellings on them. Its just an overall poorly ran establishment. Its not clean here at all. If the district manager comes here and accepts this then they need to be replaced as well.

My friend was out trying to get us dinner late night. We checked the website and it said the restaurant hours are from 6am-12am for this specific location, but when he got in the drive thru line at 10:40, they said they had just taken their last order. Please update the website to reflect actual store hours. Also, the soda machine never works and the drivethru line backs is in the back of the building right beside a tree line. Its not safe for staff or customers. The location would reallt benefit from a rehab or upgrade.

We did place a large order (4 whopper Jr meals and 1 whopper meal), but it took pretty long for the remainder of our fries. The food was fresh. The tomatoes were crisp and not soggy. The manager was even willing to allow the kids to play in the play area (the lights were out). This location goes up and down. But the manager that was present for us tonight (27 January 2017 @ 7:00pm) was wonderful.

This Burger King is the worst yet. When we ordered three bacon croissants and one ham, we got three sausage and one ham and they didnt even put the sandwich right. If the workers dont care, then hey, its not me whos in a dead-end job.
