OK to begin with I do not feel like people at fast food restaurant should have that much respect but a little bit is necessary to start off the girl was extremely rude rushing me then I ordered a crunch wrap the Quesa Rito and a soft taco when I got to the first window the guy just stuck his hand out and took my card didnt say a word then he told me to wait at the first window so I waited and then about five minutes past and he came back and said OK now you can pull to the second window so I pulled at the second window where the Dr Pepper I was supposed to get was Mountain Dew, but I like Mountain Dew so thats ok, then I drive off looking for the receipt because it took forever and the car behind me was probably ready to get their food that Im looking for the receipt I cant find it I didnt get one and then there was a taco missing... ill never go there again to say the least Ill probably never go to a Taco Bell again do not go there I even tried to call their customer service and got hung up on and I was not rude or nothing I was just waiting

This Taco Bell sucks and they know it. The new thing now is to hold you hostage at the payment window so that you dont pull up until theyre almost finished with your food. Doing this it holds up the the line in the back so they dont get any new orders so they can make their numbers look good. Its stupid and still makes customers wait. Why not just try to actually be better and faster Taco Bell? Also, one day no one was at the payment window so I pulled up to the second window they had the nerve to tell me that the girl was there now and if I could reverse my car to the first payment window. And it was a manager who told me this. Very poor customer service skills. Also the prices on the back menu board are cheaper than the ones at the order box. Make sure that you get them to honor the prices at the first menu board seeing as though thats the board you use to make your decisions and the fact that they have the wrong prices posted is false advertising.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. In the past months this location of Taco Bell/KFC has repeatedly had HORRIBLE service. Extremely long wait times for orders that are incorrect. On the sign outside it said that they had new management, so I thought that I would give this location another try. I WILL NEVER AGAIN EAT AT THIS LOCATION!!! Every employee that I encountered, at the speaker and at the window was rude and never said anything about having to wait 30 minutes for food. They hold customers at the pay window until their food is ready and then send them forward to pick it up. One car at a time. I saw no less than 3 drivers become frustrated with the insane wait time and drive off. I could have driven to a farther location, received my food, and returned in the time that I sat, unmoved in that freaking drive thru.

This KFC/TacoBell SUCKS! They mess my order up everytime! And they take forever to take your order and to fix your order. Then they stop serving chicken an hour before KFC closed so the employees can take it home to their family. We love the bites but they always overcook them making them hard. This location is BIG disappointment!!!! We have to go to this location because it the closes to our house the other is 7 mile further. But we will be driving the 7 extra miles now because we are not WASTING our money at this KFC anymore. Wish I could give them -5 STARS!!!!

As said in the many other reviews, this is the slowest fast (used very loosely) food place I have ever been to. At one point they had four of us pulled forward waiting for them to walk the food out. I could have gone into the Walmart behind this location, walked around a gotten all of the ingredients to make tacos, wait in the infamous Walmart line to pay, go home and make the tacos in a much quicker period of time. I hate the i have to give them one star and i think theyre should be an option for none, this place will only cause you headaches

Pulled into drive thru at 6:30pm. Took 10 minutes to get to the speaker. Another 20 minutes to get to the second window (1st window not in use). So now its been 30 minutes they tell me it will be another 6 minutes for the rest of my order. I pull forward and waited another 18 minutes. Meanwhile another person pulled up, waited and got their food while I was still sitting there. These are the people who demand $15 an hour. My ass, I will NOT visit this location again.

Went to the drive thru Two weeks ago. The girl said pull up and we have your order while she takes care of the car behind me. Twenty mins went buy and few cards got taken care of there was behind me. Furious I went inside to ask where my order was. The drive thru blamed the staff and the staff said she never told them about the order. They finally got my order and gave me a flimsy Im sorry. Somebody needs to get this place restaffed.

My experience was actually positive! Although i had the KFC, which is a part of the restaurant. The food was good and hot! I read some of the reviews, there some truth to them messing up orders. I saw 3 customers come in from the drive thru for the correction, and one customer in front of me had to bring it to their attn as well. Overall...my experience was excellent...a lil wait but its lunch hour!

Waited online for hr service is horrible this store needs better management wouldnt mind waiting sometimes but evertime I come service is bad need better workers just went to tacobell again 3months after writing this post big mistake this time was asked to pull up at drive thru so I could wait another 30 min they need to close this location down its definitely not fast food only ordered 3 tacos smh.

Constantly messes up orders each and every time I come here. The wait time is utterly ridiculous. The customer service experience is awful and theyre very rude. I suggest new changes and Management team needed within the store. Hope they get the customer service, wait time, and Management together. Not a highly recommended place to visit.

Waited in line for 25 minutes, when I arrived at the speaker box no friendly greeting. Then they were also out of sweet tea so I asked for Dr Pepper, get to the window and they are also out of that! This location is always slow. On my previous visit I asked what was taking so long and she replied that there just slow..

12 noon I walked in the door. They did not even have a dedicated cashier who was also running food to tables. I waited 10 minutes and the line did not move one single person. This is the worst Taco Bell experience I have ever had in my life and I would advise you from eating here.

Lines are usually long, food preparation is not one of there strong suits lol. My orders were usually wrong and the staff is Extremely rude..I stopped going to this location about a year and a half ago and it was the best decision I have ever made..STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!
