On June 4th, my family and I had went through the drive thru to order some things after leaving the boweling alley. We had made it home. keep in mind our drive home was about 30 minutes. We had ordered a 7 layer burrito that we have ordered more then once from different taco bells. the burrito wasnt even made right. it had all kinds of different things on it beside the things that had went on it. I called to make a complaint a lady had answered the phone, and I proceed to ask if they woukd fix my order. first thing she said was, "we dont have any beans so we put Guamole (sp) on it. what if my fiancee was allergic to that. the manager who was our cashier didnt notify me of that. next, I asked if she could fix the issue the next day because it was already late her words to me was, "I aint fixing f***ing s**t for you. i asked her name and asked when the store manager was going to be there. she didnt tell me her name and she didnt tell me when her store manager was there. she asked why did I need to know that information? well you are speaking to me rudely first of off and secondly i want my order fixed. she hung the phone up. i proceed to call back and talk to the manager. she hung up on me. my fiancee had called back and asked for the district number and they said 1800 taco bell. thats not even the number to a district office. On top of the burrito being wrong and not even the right thing and the customer service being crappy our naked chicken bites were cold! They dont have no respect for their job or their customers! my first time ever eating there and ill never take another foot onto that property after I get my order fixed and notify the district mangers and store manager!

I usually do not do reviews but I feel this is pretty serious to share. I ate at the restaurant yesterday with my husband, I had ordered a steak quesdilla (dont know how to spell it) but I was given a chicken one instead. I didnt notice until I was 10 miles down the road so I decided to eat it anyway. It was a very bad taste so I had only consumed a piece and a half. I have gotten food poisoning from this food and I hope everyone is cautious. I would hate it to happen to anyone else.

This location doesnt open for breakfast at the same time the other locations do, Ive gone a few times in the morning about 7:45 as this location is the most convenient, and they arent there. The location on Jesse Jewell and In Oakwood are open early enough that I can order breakfast, but not this one. This location also makes the grande scramblers different every time, It seems like they just throw whatever they have inside, instead of following the recipe like the other locations do.

i called them for a personal sponsorship for athletics and the rude girl on the line laughted. do not call this store ive been to this store about 2 times a month i know the manager by name as well as some of the associates and im heading there now to demand i speak to the manager and have this taken care of. i demand respect as i give it. i will not be looking at them for assistance in the future.

Very bad place to eat survice: Soda machine was out with blinking lights,they got our order wrong three times,the shift manager refused to aswner me on the things wrong wouldnt offer our money back no stars given for this place and we will not be coming back here...#verymadperson

Wish I could show you pictures, usually the place is ok but horrible horrible service tonight very very skimpy on the portions, definitely taking it back tomorrow just because I cannot believe somebody would actually try to sell this!

I love Taco Bell, anytime, day or night. The service is fast, the food is fresh and inexpensive, and cashiers tend to be friendly. Maybe not the place for a birthday or anniversary dinner ... but otherwise ... go grab some tacos!

They won a award for their p+l. The reason is they skimp on the fillings. Their food is always 1/2 what u get at oakwood or Jefferson taco bells. I always go out of my way to go to another one and pray for a Del taco nearby.

The evening manager and the girls were very rude. We stood in front of the register for 5 min. They would just look at us and walk by like we werent even there. And what kind of restaurant doesnt have napkins?!

I have gone there twice and each time they messed up my order. I asked for a Baja blast freeze and the first time I got the regular drink. The second time I got the Baja blast freeze but with ice in it??
