We just moved to this location. The food they have here does not compare to the city. The manager probably does not know how to train the staff, they dont even know what they have on their menu! The portions are small, there is no flavor and the food is cold. We order a biscuit and the cheese was still hard. It didnt melt into the chicken at all, and lets not even mention the chicken, the chicken was as big as my toddlers fist, with one strip of bacon. The little hash browns that come with the "combo" tasted like cardboard that has been sitting in the fridge and oh yea, this "COMBO" doesnt come with a drink. Order that individually. I am so disappointed with this dairy queen. We are definitely not coming back, it was not worth our money or time. Eating cold cardboard label as food with no liquid to wash it down. Where do they do that at? DAIRY QUEEN IN DACULA. DUH.

This fast food joint deserves no stars!!! I had dinner there tonight with my wife, we left and I realized I didnt have my wallet with me. I called up there to see if my wallet was still sitting on the table where I had last had it and the lady told me it wasnt there and continued on to ask me what I ordered as if that might help? So we drove back up there to check the parking lot and I walked back inside to see if maybe I dropped it. And guess where it was sitting? You guessed it, on the table where I had asked the lady to please check. Im not sure how it was "over looked" when the floors had just been moped and the chairs were all stacked. Given this is not the first bad experience weve had with them. It goes from cold food, molded food, and extremely bad customer service! We will definitely take the drive to the Winder DQ before we waste another trip to the Dacula one.

Extremely rude! After they got my order wrong the male (I think it was the owner) blamed it on me essentially telling me I was lying. He was corrected by the lady on the microphone who confirmed I had ordered what I said. All he had to do was add chocolate sauce to my daughters ice cream. Thats it. He looked at me and said "75 cents". He had already run my card once. I asked him if it was worth 75 cents to lose a customer. He said "yeah thats fine" then he actually charged 75 cents to my card which cost him more to run than he received. He was just mad he was wrong and being corrected by a woman Im sure didnt thrill him. I know its just Dairy Queen but if something goes wrong with your order..dont expect customer service.

THIS PLACE GETS NO STAR!! Do not eat at this place. They are rude and the food was horrible. This location is closer to my home but I will drive to the downtown Lawrenceville location to get our Blizzards going forward. Months ago I decided not to ever order food from the Dacula location. However, I thought it would be ok to order ice cream. We pull up to the drive thru, the speaker was very muffled. Which made it difficult to hear him. He said something really snappy and my daughter replies, " does he have an attitude". He responds, " No, I do not have an attitude but I refuse to serve you". Please do not give these people your money.....Signed..Disgusted!

So I went to the DQ today and I must express how horrible their service is. The cashier was so rude its ugly especially working in an environment like this. The person handed me my food and I have already informed the cashier its to go. He gave me the box and then asked me if I wanted a bag am saying to myself, isnt the food supposed to be in a bag before u hand it to me Smh. and the sad part about all of this is the OWNER is standing right there while all of this is going on, proving to me that he does not care at all. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy . Sincerely someone that will never spend their hard earn money here again.

Worst experiance we have ever had as far as fast food. Flat soda, half melted ice cream, rude staff, and the word "clean" does not exist in this place. I remember eating here a few years ago and it was great....dont know what happened. This is for sure my last visit to this location...

Got the 5 dollar lunch...The Sundae was good... the cheese burger was heated in a microwave...bun and all...tasted like a burger in a bag at the gas station...Saturday at noon and we were the only people in the place....kinda sad...step it up a notch....

Worst fries ever!!! I asked for a large box of french fries... and you know what they gave me!? this dinky little sleeve of fries and I didnt see it until I got home cuz I went through the drive thru! it made me so mad I threw it away!!!!!

This location has amazing breakfast options with homemade biscuits. And of course the ice cream is always great. All lunch and dinner is cook to order. So it is hot and fresh but be patient they do cook it after you order it.

If i could i would give them a BIG 0. Their ice cream taste nothing like Dairy Queen. Furthermore, the building is outdated and DISGUSTING! There is mold on the ceilings and filth all over this DQ.

My wife and daughter ate here today and within 30 minutes my wife got sick. Halfway through her chilly cheese dog she threw it a way. Staff was nice just dont think we will stop here again.

If you like your blizzard toppings sprinkled sparingly only on the surface, and your service crappy, go here! Theres another DQ in Winder, not far from this one, which is MUCH better.
